Lovely and comfortable stay in Split.

Well designed, with lots of attention to details and great air conditioning which really helped. Very comfy bed and bathroom. Kettle, Tv, little fridge and even a little safe. Also, the room is just outside the noisy center whilst still being in the historic part of town which made it great for resting at night. And our host was very patient and helpful

It was not a problem for us but you did have to go up a few exterior steps to get to the raised ground Floor where the rooms are located.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Split!

Deluxe Rooms Tramonto is located in the historic center of Split, just a 5-minute walk from the main streets full of shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The property is situated in a pedestrian-only area, so it's not possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, there’s a paid parking lot just a few meters away where you can leave your car. In the summer season, parking costs €1 per hour, with payment required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — after that, it’s free. The room looked exactly like the photos we saw on Booking. While the bedroom itself isn’t very large, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, and the lady who came every two days to tidy up was incredibly kind and efficient. A special mention goes to Goran, who was always available and very quick to respond to any questions we had. On the day we checked out, I had the chance to peek into the other two rooms while the cleaning lady was working, and I must say they’re beautiful. The interior design throughout the property is tasteful and stylish.

Really close to city centre. Room was really nice. Had everything that we needed. Look almost as new. Comfortable bed. Very thankful for air-conditioning.

Soundproof is not great. We could hear our neighbours. And there was a bit of a problem with Wi-fi.

Horribly noisy.

Location is OK, we managed to find parking next to the property for 1 euro/hour and the it’s pretty much in the old town.

The noise made it unbearable, we were glad to be leaving already. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from the turn of the door lock, people walking upstairs, having conversations to someone using the toilet. You basically get a room in a larger apartment, so it felt like you stay in a dorm. The host was checking guest in around midnight night two nights in a row, which did was not cool either. To make things worse, the building is right next to an outdoor concert venue and we were ‘lucky’ to experience it every night, the last one until 1AM. I would not stay again, unless I wanted clubbing all night. There was nothing luxurious in the room either despite the name, unless you count a kettle or air conditioner.

Highly recommended this accommodation, very good relation price/location/quality

It was great, location great, close to the city and the best of all was chatting with Goran how was very helpful all the time at every time. We even missed our flight and he agreed to give us another night instead of the one we missed. Highly recommended 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Just right for my needs.

Excellent location very close to old town and palace as well as promenade. Also the no 37 bus to and from the airport is a 15 min walk away. Remember that the 37 bus is a local bus and it may take 1 hour to get to the airport. The local agent was very accommodating and punctual.

The positioning of the socket for the kettle was in an awkward position and it was difficult o fully engage the plug in the socket. I used a different socket to boil the kettle.

Exceptional

The place was amazing. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Also very close to center, even though sometimes you can hear the people outside. Still, it was a very good deal and the host was very responsive and helpful with local tips and everything we needed.

Maybe just as an improvement, it would’ve been nice if there was a small fridge to keep our drinks cold.

Superb

This was a very clean and well presented room. Good amenities with a coffee/tea station, hair dryer, and champagne flutes. It's in a good location at just over 5 minutes walk from the main promenade. Lovely air conditioning unit was a treat I the warm weather. Very friendly host welcomed us on arrival.

While there was an iron available, we couldn't find an ironing board, so couldn't use it.

Modern apartment with all necessary equipment, comfortable bed and very cozy atmosphere. Right in the centre of the split with everything close to it and affordable pricing just 1 minute outside.

A wonderful stay with great location

A perfect accommodation for our 3 day stay in Split. Goran was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Location was great, minutes away from the main town. Highly recommend!

I recently enjoyed staying in a Deluxe Rooms Tramonto in Split. First and foremost, the communication with the staff was excellent. Goran was prompt, professional, and helpful throughout my entire stay ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was simply perfect. It offered convenient access to all the major attractions and amenities of Split. As for the room itself, it provided a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. The room's layout was well-designed, making efficient use of the space and creating a cosy ambience. Based on my overall experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this deluxe room in Split.

Great place to stay.

At first upon approaching the building it looked very old and in need of repair. But as I got closer I realized the building, like the cities in many European countries, while they are old, they’re beautiful. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was close to the forest that has beaches on trails and just wanted to blocks away from the beginning of the old town. I highly recommend the Tramonto call and will stay there should I have the pleasure of returning to Croatia.

Charming spot in Split

Room commodities were pretty good. Good spacing, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Location of the booking is 5 minutes walking from historic center. Goran (host) was amazing, providing suggestions and giving pointers on how to best navigate within the city.

Breakfast is on a close by Breakfast/Brunch spot. You are given a voucher to redeem your breakfast. Unfortunately it has limited option (you can only choose one item out of 5) and the quality is sub par.

Great accommodation very near to the Old Town of Split.

The rooms are located just outside of the old town and a very short walk to the port. The room itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. The service from Goran was exceptional. He let us know where to eat in the area and offered to answer any questions we might have. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

the room is clean, recently renovated. the location is great 4 mins walk from the city centre. lots of shops, supermarkets and cafe‘s around. Goran Met us to give us the key, the maps and helped us with some tips. very friendly.

Beautiful rooms for a comfortable stay in central Split

Beautiful room in a quiet, yet central part of Split, big bathroom . Bonus for the breakfast in a close by restaurant, it was yum! Close to main attractions (walking distance).

Room is best suited for 2 adults / 1 adult and 1 child. For 2 adults + 1 child, a bit compact but ok for a couple of nights.

STUNNING

savršeno čisto, svježe, uredno i blizu centra. PERFECTLY clean. This though surprised me because I always find flaws and something that is not so clean. 😅 So fresh, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed. I am truly speechless! I would rate it 11 out of 10! bathroom has everything you need. shower gel, hair dryer, clean towels. Very close to the center of the city, we had no problem finding parking (probably it is harder to find parking in summer season ).

A great accommodation close to Old Town!

Location was great and Goran made sure we got the right tips to get to know the city and islands close.

Even though there is a parking lot close to the hotel, you should ask how to use the parking app. We got 2 tickets for parking issues, which again, Goran helped us to pay as everything was in Croatian!

Comfortable stay at a clean apartment room

Really clean room in an apartment at a nice location, walking distance to the promenade and other places. The host Goran was very friendly, gave us many tips and answered our questions. We visited the Suma Marjan park on his suggestion and that was an afternoon well spent!

We are a family of 3 with a 3 yr old, and sometimes the room size felt a bit small so we will probably choose an apartment for us next time. However if you are a couple the room is perfect size.

Breakfast was amazing but keep in mind that you have to walk to a restaurant in the old town. No problem if you are fit bit might be a problem if you have trouble walking.

The bed was too small (140) and there was only one blanket. Not ideal.

The place is very close to the main city area with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. It was super comfortable and clean. Lot of thanks to Goran. He was pretty flexible and helped with any topic. Would recommend anybody. Hope to stay there again!

Relaxing

The location is great, clean, walking distance from the city center. The host recommended us some restaurants which were quite fine (for the breakfast and not only i can highly recommend Ciri Biri which is a nearby restaurant but where we had a fabulous breakfast - you might need to wait into the queue for an available table). Parking space available nearby (we had luck to find parking space might be crowded in some hours during the day). Still the parking is safe, we left the car 4 days there and nothing happened

A larger room would have been nicer but we know upfront the size of the room (be aware that this does not have a kitchen so breakfast you need to take it somewhere into the city) There are insects into the trees which make a lot of noise during the day but i have seen across Croatia so you will get used to it (fortunately the sound goes on mute during the night :) )
