Clean comfortable beds in a quiet location.

The location was close to Diacletion's Palace, but away from the crowd and noise. It had a lovely outdoor seating area. The beds were very comfortable! We stayed at many other apartments where that was not the case. It was very clean. The owner was helpful in telling us how to get around the city and she gave great restaurant suggestions.

Some might think the shower was small. You did have to walk uphill a little, but we didn't mind.

Really peaceful, beautiful and lovely.

Nevenka made our stay here so good. She is an exceptional host with a very detailed approach to providing an excellent experience for her guests. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, and we had everything we can ask for regarding clean sheets/towels ect. Amenities were on point and overall the location is just beautiful next to a lovely church and 5 min walk to the water front.

Great location for couples getaway

Nevenka was a fantastic host. She waited at the apartment for us to check in with her despite our delayed flight. She took the time to show us local attractions and provide local transport information etc. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and in a perfect location 5 minutes walk away from Split town/centre. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

A little place of heaven

Nevenka and her daughter Anamarija were the best hosts we have ever come across. So accommodating especially when we booked out. We enjoyed everything, it was the most cute place ever and so safe and ideal for getting into the Town.. We would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation to family and friends. It is so peaceful with a pretty shared courtyard. Wish we could have stayed longer We definitely will come back but when it is cooler.

Perfect Location & Amazing Host

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for walking around the old town and Riva. The room was a lovely size and well taken care of. Our host Nevenka was so incredibly lovely and helpful. She took the time to show us the room and helped guide us through on the map some things to do in the town along with areas to eat. She was so wonderful she made our stay in Split so pleasant.

Great place, very comfy bed!

Nevenka & Anamarija were great! Very nice and responsive. Definitely use their shuttle service to the airport if available. Uber isn't great. Taxi service is the worst option. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Uber driver from the airport dropped us off a few blocks away because, "He couldn't get thru the streets..." We felt kinda abandoned. Google Maps got us to the place but it was trial and error. Use the GPS coordinates provided by Bookings or the name, "Central Old Town Rooms" when searching in Google Maps. I cut and pasted the address from Bookings and it took us to the wrong location which was a couple of streets over. Slight panic moment till I tried the GPS coordinates.

Perfect little base for a couple of days in Split.

Small, comfortable apartment with shared kitchen space. Excellent location, ten minutes walk from either the harbour or the palace area. If you are checking out but not travelling for a while the host (who is super helpful in general) offers luggage storage which was a really nice extra that saved us dragging suitcases around the art gallery! Bed comfortable, nice quiet area away from the party town bit.

Perfect central old town location. Well appointed apartments and close to everything. Far enough away to not be noisy at night. Exceptional hospitality from the owner. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Clean, secure, and a great terrace. Highly recommended!

Perfect base from which to explore Split and the Dalmatian coast.

Perfect quiet location within the old town, only a few minutes stroll from the centre of town and the harbour but also near the Marjan Forest Park. The proprietor and he daughter were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to help. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Split and are so glad we chose to stay at Central Old Town Rooms.

Amazing location and the room was lovely, really great value for money, particularly with the shared outdoor space which is a commodity in the old town. Only a 5 min walk into town and close to all the main sites in Split old town.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect, nearby the Riva, historical center and nice restaurants. The room had everything we needed, was clean and silent. The hosts were more than welcoming and helpful.

Nevenka was a fantastic host, going out of her way to accommodate our late check-in and offering plenty of helpful tips to make our stay in Split even better. The apartment is perfectly located in a peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the Old Town centre. It was spotless, comfortable, and we both slept amazingly well. Very clean room and kitchen. The host, the daughter and the dog are amazing! The room is in a quiet area but everything's nearby. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect!

The location is the the beautiful Varos neighborhood of Split. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, comfortable and practical if you wanna relaxe or cook your own meals.

Maybe add some shampoo and conditioner to the existing shower gel. If not everything was perfect.

Amazing Accommodation! Highly Recommend

Amazing accomodation only an 8 minute walk to the harbour, 10 min walk to the viewpoint and 20 min walk to the beach! Clean, comfortable, spacious, private bathroom, kitchen and alfresco area available, complimentary tea and coffee, mini fridge included, air conditioning as well! Staff super lovely, gave us a map with ins and outs about Split and suggested some local things to do!

Very warm welcome, perfect location to discover Split, perfect room, lots of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Close to the center although a very quiet location. I would highly recommend this place when you visit Split!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy Split

Everything you need to enjoy your holidays. Most comfortable bed I have slept on in Europe. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Big open patio to use with plenty of seating and umbrellas for the hot sun or rainy day. If you're lucky the owners dog is a big sweetheart and is very friendly. Shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was modern and efficient. Great location in old town away from tourist noise but a 3 minute walk to the waterfront promenade. There are storage bins for your bags to make it easier to enjoy your last day in Split without carrying your luggage around. If this place is available you need to stay here.

A GREAT host and all the work is done by her. Well layed out rooms with nice furnishings. And many thoughtful touches. She brought her personal scale over so I could weigh our luggage for an unexpected flight. Hey daughter helped me understand the bused and taxies.
