Lovely host and room air con was a blessing given 35c outside. Everything we needed was there even water cooling in the fridge. Brilliant location for access to both the tourist port area and the more local area which was about a third of the cost in the port area. Only thing to be aware of is pulling the cases up the hill to the rooms.

Authentic, quaint and clean property with a private courtyard. Host Navenka was so helpful with local directions and recommendations. Rooms are spotless and surprisingly modern in such an old building and neighborhood.

The rooms are perfectly located, right in the heart of Old Town, only a couple of minutes from the Riva. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Despite this, the rooms and courtyard are quiet and peaceful. As a family, we appreciated having two adjoining rooms separated by a shared kitchenette which made it possible to prepare simple meals. Both rooms had a fridge for cold drinks. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nevenka was a wonderful host, making us feel very welcome in Split and checking that we had all we needed. She also has great local knowledge for the best beaches and restaurants to visit All in all, we really couldn't fault Central Old Town and would highly recommend to anyone looking for central, comfortable accommodation in Split.

The owner was super helpful she's a very nice lady is easy to contact and replied promptly. The location is excellent for sightseeing and walking, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The owner upon Check-in met with me and provided a local map with many recommendations, I wish I was staying here longer. I would definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely come back and stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Central Old Town Rooms. My room was quiet, clean and spacious. It is within walking distance to the historic part of town, yet far enough away from the crowds of tourists and noise. I easily walked to the peak of Telegrin Peak for a great view of the city. The best part of my stay was the hospitality of Nevenka who met me when I arrived and provided so much helpful information about Split. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay. Great location with easy walking access to all major attractions in the old town, also close to viewpoint at marjan park with some lovely areas to walk around. The host Nevanka was incredibly helpful providing a map and plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Is also a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

From the beginning Nevenka & Anamarija made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, we were arriving earlier then checkin but the room was ready for us, while the floor was drying Nevenka gave an overview of the area and pointed out some things to do. There is a lovely courtyard where you can dry towels and clothes with seating area to relax after a busy day. The room was clean with a small kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge, great for an early morning coffee. The location is in a quiet street just up from the main area of split ideal for exploring the whole area. I will definitely re book when we come back into to Split

Nevenka and her daughter were fantastic hostesess that went above and beyond to ensure that my short stay was superb! There's access to a calm and quiet courtyard just outside of the suites, and the room was so comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked. The place is convenient for anyone who's looking to wander through Diocletian's Palace and the Old Town, and it's close to some amazing bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here when coming to Split :)

Nevenka was a wonderful host - friendly, accommodating and very helpful!! The room was small, but perfect for me and my daughter. The space was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the Riva, Diocletian's palace and beaches.

An excellent place to stay if you are in Split. It is in the heart of the old town and you can walk from there to basically anywhere in the city. The room was very clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The hosts are friendly and will give you tips on restaurants and activities in the area.

What a fantastic place to stay! Right from the time of booking the communication with the host was friendly and helpful. Arrival was quick and easy the host met us and showed us around and explained everything. Definately would recommend the taxi collection that they offer. The driver was very friendly and gave us information on the city and getting around. The apartment was very well equipped and anything extra we needed could happily be provided, even beach towels which saved packing any. The location of the apartment was also great. A short walk to the main old town centre and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Overall we cannot think of anything negative to say as it was an amazing find.

This is a lovely place to stay in Split. The owner was friendly and after a quick Split intro then let us just have our space. The room was clean, a perfect size and had the kind of shower you normally only dream about and nevwr get while on holiday. A nice terrace too

This apartment exceeded my expectations even after reading the other great reviews. I loved the area and the courtyard. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. I had a hard time deciding where to stay in Split, but so glad I chose this area. About a 15 minute walk to the bus and ferry.Nevenka was great as well. She had all of the information I needed on Split and even did a load of laundry for me. There were beach towels to use and sunscreen. I cannot think of one thing that was missing. It is a great place to stay.
