The room is clean, neat and tidy. The staff Goran is a nice and responsible guy who provided me sufficient information on dining options, walking routes, points of interest and others. Though the property is not at the center of town center or the ferry terminal, the walking distance is reasonable and there are many restaurants around.

Cute little room which provided us a wonderful 2x night stay in Split. The rooms are located in the pedestrian area which is excellent but you're not too much in the area that you have to deal with the noise of it. Quick 5-10 min walk (beautiful walks) to everything you'd need to see. Also the room has a great AC which was important as it was 30 º everyday Parking can be a challenge but we managed to find a street spot up the road for free. there's a large paid lot just up the road but it's usually full Goran was a wonderful host who helped us check in and provided us with tons of information about parking

Thank you Goran - we loved our stay in Split at your property. Room was a good size and immaculate with a modern bathroom. Location was great - walk out the door and straight walk to town. Communication with host was great, especially as our accommodation was in a car free zone - very helpful tips about wheee to park. Also great info on the best beaches and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a couple wishing to stay in beautiful space and walk to everything. Highly recommend.

Deluxe Rooms Tramonto was the perfect choice! The rooms are beautiful and the location was perfect! There was a city parking lot a block away and it was an easy walk to Diocletian’s Palace and everything else you’d want to see! Highly recommend!

This place was lovely! The room was so nice and clean, and the location is very convenient as it’s right at the entrance to Old Town. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating during my check-in and check-out process, as was the cleaning lady. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience and nothing to complain about. The room was great, location is great and the host Goran is very helpful. It's newly renovated with a light and nice finish. Bed is comfortable and we had a great stay. We would love to come back!! Nearby you have a perfect breakfast place and it's just a 5 min walk and you will be in the heart of old town.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Place was clean and cozy. Walkable to some good restaurants and not far from the waterfront. Felt safe walking around. Only wish the windows didn’t have blinds covered and shut the whole time as I enjoy natural light.

Beautiful, comfortable room and bathroom. A bit noisy in the morning with early construction work next door. Very close walk to Old City, supermarket and restaurants. Very hard place to park particularly if arriving on a lovely Sunday afternoon. There is a paid carpark close by but it would be the luck of the draw in terms of parking.

3 very nicely decorated rooms in a private house with apartment, very clean and modern, good bed, super good service from Goran ( my plane was delayed and it was cold so he went out and bought a heater for me.) you are in a safe area where people live and small B&Bs around, nice street, shops where you can by food or bread, many cafe´s and ice creme places. 10 minutes walk to the harbor and the sea. Very good shopping! Croatian food is not fantastic, but you wont go hungry, food in stores are very cheap if you have a kitchen. I think in the summer , when you can go by boat it must be fantastic.

Excellent location just a short walk from the harbour and Diocletian’s palace. The room and bathroom were to a very high standard and regularly cleaned. Goran who greeted us was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for things to visit and places to eat and drink. Would stay here again!!

This Apartment is in the old town of Split. It was extremely well laid out with bedroom and beautiful bathroom and with a little fridge to keep drinks cold. You could walk just down the road for food or for the sights. The apartment was really clean and had a modern decor. There was a locked door between the 3 apartments he owned and the rest of the building as well as a lock for your room. We would stay here again if we were going to Split.

The rooms are fantastic. The bed is super comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Huge shower and bathroom. It's just outside the perimeter for of town but anyone could walk to and from easy. It takes just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Oh.. one more thing. SUPERFAST WIFI!!!!! The location is great, it’s only a short walk away from the Diocletian Palace, shops, restaurants and promenade. The apartment was excellent inside and the owner was so helpful and informative, gave us recommendations and even went out of his way to help us find a free parking spot, when another hotel (right down the street) had us to park in a 20 euro a day parking lot.

Near a public parking, 5 minutes walk from the old city. Modern, nice bathroom, clean with fridge and safe. Quit area. First floor. We told them at what time we would arrived and staff was waiting for us.
