Great visit to Split

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was top class. We were met by Duje who was an excellent host. Communication with him was excellent, he met us on arrival and kindly stored our luggage on the day of departure. The apartment is within walking distance of Split old town and gives you a feel of living in the middle of the local community with supermarkets and everything you need close by. All in all a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Split and a big thank you to Duje for his kind hospitality.

We rented 2 rooms adjacent they were both beautiful, super comfortable, clean, great air condition and great location. Duje was super nice and helpful. Gave us directions to good recommendations for restaurants and use of uber or taxi. Wind Rose 🌹 is greatly recommended…thank you Duje!!!

Beautiful! Will be back

First of all the host actually offered to pick us up from the airport which was SO handy and then carried our bags up the stairs and into the apartment. The location was amazing, an easy walk into old town and throughout and we felt safe at night time to walk back. The apartment is nice and secure and safe. The apartment was very clean, very modern with great aircon.

The bedding was a little thin but they do provide an extra blanket which was helpful.

Lovely room with an exceptional Host

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wind Rose Split and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable—it had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Split, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet. We were able to walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront within minutes, which made our trip even more enjoyable. What truly made this stay special, though, was the host. The owner was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive—always available if we had any questions or needed anything (even at 9pm at night lol). His warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but the Wind Rose Split truly stands out for its comfort, charm, and exceptional host!!. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in Split!

Great little stay in Split - thank you!

Great location, really quiet, short walk into town. Was clean on arrival and comfortable. Host was super lovely - came and met us and explained all about the apartment and shared a map of where we could visit.

We expected fresh towels on day 3 but these didn't arrive - we ended up using wet and quite smelly towels as they couldn't dry in the apartment. We left window open to help with this and we came back to loads of mosquitos and flies! Maybe I read it wrong on the website but I thought a cleaner came in for fresh linens. This was the only negative - we will be back!

Amazing apartment with a great balcony in one fo the most underated places!

I enjoyed everything, but want to highligh that the host (Duje) was really nice in receptioning me and introducing me to the town. Also, the place was perfect with a great large balcony. I met my neighboors =]

I stayed for 5 - 6 days in the same place. I would have appreciated more to have more changes of towels. I didnt ask Duje for it. Maybe I could be asked it too. Not a big issue, but would be nice a few extra towels for longer periods of staying.

Our first time in Croatia Split

The location was perfect, the room was spotless, duje collected us from airport - and his quick response to any questions was outstanding, we were able to leave our luggage there till flight in the evening time - highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again when we return 😀 , split is spotlessly and everyone we came across was so friendly! We booked this accommodation on reviews from this app!!

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we were only there for 3 days - didn't want to leave !!

Pleasant stay in the heart of the old city.

The accommodation is in a short walking distance to the old city. Lots of places to eat around. Exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very happy to assist with any questions and very responsive. The bed was also very comfortable.

We travelled to meet with our son - the property was 5 mins walk away from him and the old town which was just perfect 😀we contacted the owner about getting picked up from airport and again this was just perfect for us .it was the son of the owner who picked us up , was a lovely young man and gave us some hints on where to eat etc. we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Split and if we returned would definitely book with them again

Light and airy room ideal for a short stay in Split

Location was good near to the port and old town. Comfy bed and good light airy bathroom

I thought there should have been a terrace (sure the description mentions this) I do also think an iron/ironing board should be provided as standard these days which is wasn't but wasn't listed in the facilities so that's fair, we had to go and buy one. The location although good is quite far up a small street which is very quiet at night, I'm not sure I would want to walk up there alone had I not been with my partner.
