Central abyss

Loved my stay here- as soon as I arrived, it exceeded my expectations. I was able to check in early and was welcomed to an air conditioned room. Bed was comfortable and had all the essentials- from coffee machine to mini fridge, hair dryer and ritual soaps. The location is great as it’s close to the old town centre, with great food options available within short walks.

A little noisy when others are in the hallway, apart from that it was the expected three flights of stairs- but it was worth it!

Nice host, nice location and nice property

Our host was truly understanding and supportive. Although we were supposed to check out in the morning on our last day, I was feeling very sick and had caught a bad cold, and our flight wasn’t until 11 p.m. I kindly asked if it would be possible for us to leave the room later in the afternoon, as long as it wasn’t booked again. They generously agreed, and I’m deeply grateful for their kindness. In my opinion, gestures like this are truly valuable and meaningful.

It would be great if they put some plate and glasses and may be bigger refrigerator to keep water or drinks cold especially for the summer.

A really nice option if you want to spend some more time indoors!

The interior has some really nice fittings and accessories and the overall design has been really well thought out (just watch your head in room 1 however!). The addition of the bath in the room is amazing. Super comfortable bed, cool AC and quiet location just away from the hustle and bustle. I had a little problem with locking up, but the host replied super quickly to help resolve!

To be picky, maybe a slightly more powerful mini fridge and maybe source some Ritual bubble bath for guests (if that exists!).

Perfect 4 night stay in Split

Rooms were very modern and clean, property was central in the old town, about 5 minutes walk away to all the bars/restaurants, about 10 minutes to the harbour. Nice and quiet had a perfect sleep bed nice and comfy. On the top floor so a lot of stairs up to the apartment so definitely get your daily steps in going up and down these! Our host Vlatka was amazing, very fast at responding to messages, as it was my partners 30th birthday she got a 3 and 0 balloons, chocolates and wine upon arrival, perfect.

Everything was great, would definitely stay here again.

It was a good place to stay. Decent location just outside the old city. Nice little features like a coffee maker.

The shower didn’t have enough water for two people to shower back to back. The communication in getting into the apartment wasn’t great. We had to reach out to learn how to get in.

A lovely cosy stay in Split, a couple of minutes walk from Split Old Town.

We stayed at Lumiere Luxury Rooms for 3 nights to begin our trip around Croatia. The pictures look lovely but I was still so pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room, it was really modern and clean, and a really cosy place to stay. Check in was really straightforward. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Bath, which was a lovely room and the added bonus of the extra large bath was a perfect addition as well as the lovely complimentary Rituals toiletries! This location is absolutely perfect for Split. Just minutes walk away from the old town yet we still had a peaceful sleep. The bed was so comfortable, and a very good air con system. Vlatka was a perfect host and on hand for any queries we had with immediate replies. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Split. One thing to mention, for anyone with mobility issues this may not be the best place to stay as you need to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. I would recommend the restaurant Ciri Biri Bella which is about a 2 minute walk away from this accommodation and they do amazing breakfast, we went here every day for breakfast.

What an amazing apartment, so stylish and new rooms, and clean! The room is exactly like the pictures. The location is excellent, really close to the Old Town. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Split. I would really recommend this place!

Very well located, minutes away from the old town. Clean and comfortable room. This is just a room (or several) in an old and dated building. But the entire floor was totally renovated and it looks modern and nice. There is no reception but the staff was friendly and very helpful.
