Just a great experience, highly recommended!

The location was fantastic, close to everything, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the centre noise. Krvoje was very friendly and attentive to all our need a d request. Great communication!

Good location and an interesting apartment.

Good location and lively host.

A lot of nuances to this property (e.g how to unlock doors, what to do if you want to shower etc) that the host walked us through when we arrived, not surprising as the property is quite old but we did feel micro managed with requests like turning the power off to the whole apartment from the breaker if it was empty and we were going out…. very strange. I would not recommend this property for young families as there a lot of beautiful but delicate ornaments that can be easily knocked over.

This isn’t really a hostel, more like a flat with rooms to share. Bathroom situation is a bit difficult (only one shower for 3 shared rooms and 1 private one; men toilet doesn’t close)

The location is good. Just a few minutes walk for the city center and 10min to the waterside.

Beds are short and tilted. Kitchen was not very clean with a lot of small flies. Bathroom is functional, but old. Overal, did not meet the expectation.

Difficult to find it, as the address in booking is different to the one in Google or maps.me Directions I got by Email were confusing. No name where to ring the bell, the host said because of security issues??!! We had a double deluxe, "deluxe" was never there, bed about 160 cm, not really double bed. Internet not available everywhere(balcony) . Photos do not show the flat, like no lounge or big balcony. No TV. It is a flat, so no lounge area or reception available. We were told to use one toilet (at that point we were 5 people(4 guests and the host, who lives there). There is another toilet with a shower, where we were only allowed to use it for a shower or if someone was use that toilet., as it supposed to be use by the girls(at that point we were only boys). You can't close the "boys" toilet. Had not a shower holder, so shower was quite difficult. Not possible to leave your bags after check out, he said in case of fire or earthquake??!! When you are not in the room, host go inside the room and make sure all appliances are turn off. You must leave 30 Euro deposit for the keys. Once you get there you must paid either in local currency or Euros. Fridge was off once we got there, in order to save power,although were other guests. 40 local currency for the washing,which we didn't use, but we got an Email saying in case we did, we had to pay. You are not allowed to cook, only tea and coffee. You are not allowed to leave your suitcases on the wooden floors, there are some kind of carpets where you must place the suitcases. I felt I was observed every time, what we were doing. The "dulexe" room had a door to connect the other room, and in other to stop the noise he placed a matrass at the door??!! You of course hear people in the other room.

A very comfortable and safe stay!!!

The room was large enough and very comfortable. The host added a table where I was able to setup my computer to do some work. The bathroom was spotless. The location was perfect in an important street just one block away from all touristic locations.

I cannot say anything I did not like. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

I don't understand the price it is too expansive for a basic double room in a shared flat with no right to cook and just one bathroom. We were expected much more services . A price at least 30% lower would be fairer.

Tolles Zimmer in Zentrumsnähe mit witzigem Host

Sehr sauber. Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für Split und Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung, in der das Zimmer ist, ist sehr groß und bietet reichlich Platz. Alles ist wirklich sehr ordentlich. Wir durften sogar am Tag des Check-outs weiter in der Wohnung bleiben und von dort aus arbeiten und unsere Sachen lagern bis wir abgefahren sind.

Es gab nur eine Herdplatte, die genutzt werden konnte. Das hat in unserem Fall nicht gestört, weil niemand da war, der mit uns zeitgleich gekocht hat, aber könnte evtl ein Problem mit mehreren Leuten werden.

C’était convivial.

Ricki est une personne très attentionnée.

Il nous a demandé un dépôt de sécurité plus élevé que le prix de la chambre mais après refus il a accepté une pièce ID. Il nous l’a remis à notre départ. Il ne nous est pas apparu malhonnête seulement qu’il semblait avoir besoin de se sécuriser suite à de mauvaises expériences.
