Deacent room for a short stay in Split

Clean and modern, super breakfast and pleasant front-desk personnel. Good location.

All is good, just be prepared there is no elevator so better plan your luggage or ask to live big bags at the reception. It’s quite fresh in this period of time, so extra blankets would be great idea, but air-conditioning for heating also is in a working condition, so can warm it up.

Wonderful stay in the old town

The room was spotless and the location very good! Breakfast was amazing, served by the friendliest reception staff imaginable.

It would be useful to have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom and maybe another place to hang the shower towels.

Very modern and comfortable. Really nice staff and excellent breakfast. Had a working smart TV with access to Netflix, very good air conditioning! Very close to the main town.

The stairs to get to our rooms were extremely steep and difficult to get suitcases up. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something good to know before booking if you aren’t able to use stairs or have heavy luggage.

Lovely lovely lovely! Would stay again :) but be aware of the staircase

Location was perfect!!! Off the beaten path from the main Riva which was great for noise and people wandering. Room was very clean and bathroom was newly updated. The room was small - but it would be perfect for a one or two night stay. The owner made a LOVELY homemade breakfast and was so so sweet.

The ONLY thing I would make note of is the staircase to get to the rooms not on the main floor- if you have a very heavy suitcase be prepared…. And also if anyone had any sort of disability this would not be suitable. Otherwise it’s great

Amazing stay! Superior service as they allowed an early check-in. Incredibly comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood. The classy breakfast was a highlight. Modern bathroom fixtures. Ice cold air conditioning. Highly recommend!

There was great communication from the hotel via text even before I arrived. They gave me very efficient help with an airport transfer. Friendly and really helpful staff, and an elegant and very comfortable room. Also: there were fantastic chocolates in the room when I arrived :-) Breakfast was wonderful, and included extras I didn't expect. A real pleasure.

I would not stay at this facility again. If I thought I could have changed to another hotel without having to waste time

Good breakfast nice bathroom good bed. The maintenance and service staff were pleasant and helpful

The hotel is very difficult to find. There is no sign or marquee, nothing to indicate that you are at the property. Bad protocol for reception of guests. No one was present at time of check-in. The person who took our call when we dialed the number shown in the instructions on the door was gruff and unpleasant . We never even saw that person until our departure a few days later. The worst feature about the hotel was the very narrow spiral staircase shoved into about 5 ft.² of the corner of the very space-compromised reception/breakfast room. To bring suitcases up that staircase is a challenge for the healthiest strongest individual. If your suitcase is at all large. It becomes next to impossible to do it . A person who is physically challenged would be unable to get up the staircase, never mind get luggage up there. Nothing in the description you’ll read about this place tells you that there’s a narrow steep spiral staircase. You have to use the spiral staircase to get to your room. There is no elevator.

Great location, great breakfast

Excellent location super close to old town, riva promenade and everything really! Nice sized room and lovely bathroom. The breakfast is great although could do with starting at maybe 7.30 as all the day trips leave around 8-8.30. Only a thought though, really enjoyed my stay, thanks!

This is a cute little hotel with delicious breakfast. The room with balcony is airy and clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady making breakfast was very accommodating. We were able to get an early check in.

Nothing but would be nice with a small fridge in the room.

The property was perfectly located. It was only a few minutes walk from major areas. The interior was beautiful and the room was spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Petra and Rosa were so helpful and warm. They gave us great advice on what to do or see in Split and we would recommend everyone to stay here if they want to enjoy your trip to Split.

The only thing we would of liked is a kettle in the room to make tea.

Would stay there again! One of our favorite stays in croatia!

Very convenient location just steps away from the main street but in a quieter alley. Perfect for a restful nights sleep! Bed was so comfortable and the room was very modern with very elegant finishes. The rain shower was so refreshing!!! We had the ground floor room so coming in and out with our luggage was very convenient.

The room, though absolutely beautiful was very small. In addition there were no hooks for towels/wet clothes anywhere in the room. We had a ground floor room which I highly recommend as the spiral stairs leading to the upper rooms look very narrow and probably difficult to carry bags up.

Perfect location, close enough to the old town that you walk in in a couple of minutes but out of the way enough that you get the better local restaurants and less busy streets. Decor was nice, new and clean, making it feel allot posher than it cost! Staff went the extra mile for our honeymoon! Thank you guys!

This is a wonderful little B&B. It is a bit hard to locate in the lanes (especially by yourself in the dark!), but once you are there it is great. Rosa looked after me whilst I was there and was very friendly and inviting. She also made me an omelette every morning as I am vegetarian and so didn't partake in the cold meats. Other breakfast offerings included cucumber, meats, tomatoes, cheese, granola, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and fruit. The rooms are very clean and the bed was excellent, I slept very well. The bathroom has a rain style shower which was super nice. Furthermore, Rosa was accommodating to our need for an earlier breakfast as we were in town for a conference and had a shuttle bus to catch early each morning (and did an even earlier breakfast for us on departure day). I would recommend this B&B.

The location was hard to find, some more detailed direction would have been useful or a sign to be added to the end of the specific lane pointing to it. However once I had found my way there the first night I could find it easily for the rest of the week. It may have been easier to find during the day but my flight was delayed and so it was 22:30 and dark.

Very nice place in the historic City

Great host. Very nice cousy place. Just around a couple of corners from the busy touristic hotspots, but very quiet place.

Just a couple of things to pay attantion to: Do not even think to get close to it by car. Just drop your car on a remote parking. You will not need it anywhere around near by. And driving/parking near by comparable to starting spaceship from the backyard. There is only one room on the ground floor. Others rooms are accessable only via stip stairs. So be aware if you are with small children. But honestly speaking this place suits singles or couples better.

Amazing modern and beautiful room in the old city of Split

The room on the first floor was new and modern inspired in the Olympic Games with a beautiful deco. The breakfast was perfect. The girls at the desk were both super nice. I highly recommend this place.

It was not an inconvenience for us but the spiral stairs are narrow and steep, in case that someone has mobility issues.

The hotel is next to the old town so it's the walking distance from all the tourists spots however it's very calm so during the night you won't hear any noise. Girls working on the reception are very nice and helpful, they even prepared us a breakfast ready to go when we were going on a trip early in the morning :) It was a very nice surprise. What's more the whole place is very clean and they even have good cosmetics in the bathroom.

Martina e Petra are the real Queens of the House. Maybe the niciest persons you could find in Split. The Breakfast is Amazing. Ultra moderns and clean rooms
