Fabulous stay

Fantastic location at the tip of the promenade, with supermarket downstairs and secure parking just around the corner. Very comfortable, good size and cozy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect Location

Very nice and helpful staff, quick communication and they fulfill our baggage request. Very nice beautiful room, balcony with a view. Great location, in the center. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Great! :))

Excellent stay near everything

Large room with small balcony. Large bathroom with great shower. Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants but very quiet. Access to safe private parking. Access to building and rooms was by code, no keys to worry about.

Stairs! We knew about them ahead of time but we had large suitcases so struggled a bit to get to our room.

What a lovely flat. Enjoyed stay

It was in prime position. We could venture out and walk anywhere we needed. Host was warm & welcoming. Apartment was clean, spacious & had anything we could need.

Booked at short notice for one night. If we’d known it was do good we’d have been there our whole stay.

Firstly, immaculately clean. Location was excellent near the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Really pleased. 👍

Split weekend

Perfect location if the old town area is the target. Just a minute walk to the beautiful alleys of old town! Quiet, cozy , quite spacious rooms with coffee / tea / fridge facilities in old historical building. Grocery store next door. Close by parking if booked in advanced.Staff present at check in times was very helpful.

Wonderful! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. We were able to walk with our bags from the port where we got off our boat. Lots of restaurants, attractions and beaches in walking distance. General store right next store and a launderette around the corner! Corner unit was very spacious. Stocked kitchen and even a table and chairs. Blanca who worked on the desk was very responsive and helpful. She even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Highly recommend!

No elevator but that’s the trade off for the great location. The staircases were wide leading to the reception and rooms which helped. Maybe a ramp for suitcases could be installed?

The location.

It was tricky checking in to the property as you needed to message the manager prior to entering the building and we had to wait an hour before they turned up. We were also locked out of our apartment at 10 am sharp and were abused by the cleaning lady for being 10 minutes late to check out after messaging the dedicated number to advise them of this. It left a bad taste in our mouths and disappointing when we paid a fair bit of money to stay the night.

The host was so welcoming and helpful and arranged transport for us to get to the airport. She could not shave been more helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and walking along the front. We had 4 rooms for a family trip. All were clean and spacious.’

The only small thing was there was no black tea - we are British so it’s our thing!

Modern yet historic, a definite visit

Spacious, modern and very central to all amenities and attractions.

Stairs however it seems like a given that most B&B are within private buildings and will have stairs. Bianka the concierge was very helpful and had our room on the first floor so only a few stairs to climb.

Excellent place to stay right next to the Riva!

The location is perfect and they offer reserved paid parking in a lot just behind the building…very clean and modern…it was very nice

The steps! Hauling luggage up 3 flights of stairs..it’s the norm in Croatia though..just be aware!

Little Gem in Split

Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds.

Unfortunately stairs but this does seem to be the norm in Europe. However a lovely lady helped carry the cases upstairs.

Comfortable, clean, and cool rooms within walking distance the main attractions in Split.

Rooms were lovely, great AC, fantastic bathrooms, comfy bed, and easy walk to many places. Be prepared for stairs as there is no elevator. They were responsive to any questions/needs and we appreciated, the comfortable and clean rooms.

Our friends that stayed on the first floor near the reception said it was noisy. Our room one floor up was great!

We loved the location. Many restaurants nearby and close to promenade. Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful from arrival to departure.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The housekeeper was fabulous. I made an error in making my reservation and required an extra day. They were full and she contacted another owner and found me a bed for the night! She also responded very quickly to all of my phone calls. She was not only the receptionist but also the housekeeper.

Less stairs!!! Its a charming old building without an elevator. I'm disabled and the housekeeper kindly toted my bags upstairs.

Location is exceptional and the highlight of the property. Right in the heart of the old town and palace. Steps to great restaurants and sites. We were able to walk back to the room frequently through the day with no trouble. The keyless entry was convenient. Place was clean inside and nicely decorated but rooms are much smaller in person than they appear online. The property helped us arrange parking at a private residence around the corner. A bit makeshift but extremely helpful in our case. The woman working there was communicative and helpful.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear the ppl in the room next door whispering. It was awkward at times. This is not a hotel. There is a very tiny reception area if you can call it that. The rooms are also scattered over two floors and there are several other rooms being rented by other owners in the same building. If you want more than one room next to each other you need to specify this at booking. The hot water tank is tiny and can support one short warm/hot shower at a time before it must reheat for hours.

Great location, disappointing staff and service.

Beautiful stone walls and nice location

Staff were not cooperative and quite rude. booked a room for 3 people with a sofa bed and when arriving the staff said that the sofa bed (already placed in the room) would be an additional €40. The staff spent an hour in our room setting up the sofa bed even though we requested we do it ourselves and did not leave us in peace. Was not impressed with how the staff did not listen to a single request during our stay.
