AVOID- unsafe and loud, quick to take your money but don’t care once you are there

The maid was very nice and the location was good

The manager / owner rude and not interested in the guests being happy , the rubbish all in the hallway which stunk all week, the air con didn’t work kept showing error for hot or cold, the bed was hard, they wouldn’t supply an extra pillow, it was extremely loud in the evening from outdoors and in the morning the staff in the hall were loud at 7 am. The worst thing - the inner entry door to access the rooms was UNSECURED- we were given a code to get in but it was broken and opened with a push so anybody could get in, as a girl staying on her own I felt unsafe and when I asked for this to be fixed again I was ignored and then told I’ll receive no compensation and the owner refuses to help. Appalling! Do not stay

Beautiful spacious and clean room with natural light and perfect location. Host had quick response time and assisted me with early check in and bag storage.

Location was superb, apartment modern and clean

Central location meant we had to cope with shouting, singing , revelry from streets until 5am. Better sound proofing would help - not for light sleepers. Outside door usually open, lobby door broken so security could have been better

Convenient just DL access instructions upfront

It was clean, convenient and the host is responsive.

There's no reception desk, I had issue with my sim card, with no access to internet so after being dropped off I couldn't contact anyone to know how to reach the room. Make sure you download access instructions prior if you're relying on WiFi. The place smells like smoke... like I'm inhaling second hand smoke... Idk if it's cos there's a tabacco store outside and it's coming thru the aircon or what's causing it. The description also says city view, don't expect it. It's just facing a building. There also wasn't a desk like the picture so there's no working space to use laptop, only coffee table which is too low to work. Other than that, bed is comfy, the location is epic!

Close to the centre, good room and staff support via WhatsApp. BUT very loud and noisy bars and streets. Couldn't sleep until 4 am on both days (stayed on Saturday and Sunday).

It was a pleasant stay.

I got everything that had been advertised on Booking. The location of the property is fantastic. The breakfast in the restaurant nearby was very tasty. The instructions from the team were clear and they worked.

As I have said, the breakfast was really good, but as one breakfast voucher serves two people, the restaurant shouldn't be so stingy as to not even allow an extra cup of coffee if you are alone.

Mediocre at best

The location

Everything else. No fridge in the room (its 30 degrees), the servicing request phone was ai generated with mostly no help (i.ei. the hairdryer wasn't working, noone was notified, we found the super wonderful cleaning lady 2 days in that helped us out), the entrance door needed body slamming in order to open. I mean they did kept asking us if we needed anything, but we are pretty sure it is ai generated responses and etc. The room not as spacious. For solo travel maybe is great.

The room were good clean, bathroom shower were good with good water pressure. Overall good.

The initial check in long process and having just arrived in the country it would be difficult if you did not have Wifi or internet access. I would suggest that the check in information is requested at time of booking or before you travel to the country. Also Breakfast for Euro 18 was not very flexible, you did not get choice of fruit juice it was lemon water or nothing. We could have had full English breakfast else where for Euro 9. On the days when we could not do breakfast as the restaurant did not open until 8am they could not make us vegetarian sandwich. not acceptable

Great location… very central!

Noise! The street is very busy with bars and clubs! Non stop noise until 4am. Better sound proof windows are needed. Hallway smelt of stale smoke which was disgusting.

Extremt lyhört, vi somnade inte först än 02-03 på natten för att man hörde så mycket ljud från gatan. Inte alls bra isolerat.

Surkea.

Aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla hotellissa. Aamupala kupongit saatiin ravintolaan muutaman sadan metrin päähän jossa on oli hyvä aamupala.

Huoneen siisteys ja yleiskunto oli huono. WC:ssä haisee viemäri eikä tuuletin toimi. Huone oli siivottu vain nopeasti pinta puolisesti. Kadulta kuuluu kaikki meteli sisälle, eristystä ikkunoissa ei ole. Alakerrassa sijaitsee Irish pub... Yöllä heräät monta kertaa erinäisiin ääniin, milloin katuja pestään, milloin kuskataan tavaraa ravintolaan, baarin porukka laulaa tai metelöi. Paikalla henkilökuntaa vain aamuisin, ei puhu englantia. Vuokrafirma sijaitsee englannissa eikä heitä kiinnosta viihtyisyys yhtään.

Kaikinpuolin erinomainen majoitus.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita - kommunikointi tehtiin whatsupilla ja he vastasivat heti, jos oli jotain kysyttävää. Aamiainen oli tarjolla läheisessä ravintolassa mikä oli erittäin hyvä. Majoituksen sijainti oli keskeinen. Varmasti valitsemme tämän uudelleen jos tulemme Splitiin.

Bra läge i Split, men trista rum och riktigt dålig support om problem uppstår .

Bra läge intill gamla stan.

Om man skall ha ett boende utan bemannad reception är det viktigt att dubbelkolla att allt fungerar på rummen. Lampan i badrummet fungerade inte och låset till själva rummet var dåligt så vi kom knappt in med nyckeln. Trots an vi anmälde detta direkt på eftermiddagen när vi kommit så kom inte maintenance förrän dagen efter för att lösa det.

Por la noche había ruido de los locales cercanos. Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad, la realidad es que está mucho más antiguo. Había algunas hormigas en la habitación y por la mañana encontramos una cucaracha.

Habitación bonita y limpia pero seguridad y trato muy muy mejorables

Habitación limpia y confortable

Se anuncia como hotel y tiene un mostrador de recepción pero está vacío y no ves a nadie más que a la señora de la limpieza por la mañana. La recepción además, está llena de sacos con ropa. Al volver de la calle no pudimos entrar, habían tenido un problema con la cerradura y nos tuvieron esperando en la escalera más de una hora. Cuando llegó la persona que se supone lo iba a arreglar no lo consiguió y llamaron a un cerrajero que abrió la puerta pero no la arregló, con lo que pasamos toda la noche con la puerta del local abierta. Pedimos el libro de reclamaciones a la empresa para reportar el incidente y me dijeron que le pasaban nuestra queja a su operations team, pero no me facilitaron el libro, creo que eso es ilegal, todavía manejamos la posibilidad de reportarlo a la policía local de Split, a través de la embajada cuando estemos en España. Deberían hacerme alguna devolución.

Ok room but no good sleep

Centralt läge och bekvämt och stort rum. Smidig incheckning.

Vi kunde inte sova pga för mycket ljud utifrån som slutade runt 1-2 tiden. Vi var beredda på att det skulle vara högljutt med tanke på andra recensioner som vi läst, men trodde inte att det skulle vara så illa. Även med öronproppar så gick det inte att sova. Fönstren har ingen ljudisolering och det låter som man har alla fönster öppna.

tutto perfetto, dalla posizione super centrale (e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale) alla pulizia della camera incluso il comfort di tutto!

l’unica “”pecca”” è che purtroppo mancava il telecomando, cosa di cui di solito non necessito quando viaggio ma essendo andata sola mi avrebbe fatto comodo e compagnia guardare un po’ di tv la sera dato che c’erano inclusi netflix, ecc. ma per il resto 10 su 10!

Da, das Zimmer an einer sehr belebten Fußgänger Zone ist, ist es nachts etwas lauter. Was mir persönlich aber nicht viel ausgemacht hat.

Mooie kamer met een perfecte ligging in het oude centrum.

De locatie is perfect in het oude centrum. Mooie kamer voor dat geld .Communicatie met het Sun Salato Team was uitstekend. Snel antwoord op mijn vragen. Op de vertrek dag kan je je koffer in een van de vele lockers in het centrum of bij de bushalte kwijt. De shuttle bus va de airport is ideaal. deze stopt bij het busstation. va daar ca 15 min. lopen via een leuke route naar Marmont Cit Rooms.

Iets wat lawaaierig door de ligging in het centrum. Maar dit is te verwachten als je in het centrum wilt verblijven.

Ventilation de la salle de bain bruyante, très forte odeur de cigarette de l'accueil aux chambres, couloir et passages de touristes très bruyants ainsi que la terrasse du dessous, musique jusqu'à très tard.
