The location is special – a historic building in the heart of the historic city and right on the waterfront. For us it was easy, but those with mobility difficulties should avoid it – there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the room. We booked parking and it was very useful – just a few meters from the hotel. Check-in was very easy. Our hostess – Petra – waited for us in the parking lot and opened the room for us. The room was small but comfortable – the bed and bathroom were very good. It fully met our needs for one night.
Everything was as announced - no complaints.

It could have been clearer that there would be around 90 stairs - it was a bit of a challenge getting fully loaded suitcases up and down them, but worth the effort

LOCATION WAS PERFECT, RIGHT AT OLD SPLIT CENTER; WE WERE AT WALKING DISTANCE TO REACH THE RESTAURANTS AS WELL AS THE PIER TO GET THE FERRY TO HVAR; HOST WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HELPED US PARK THE CAR AS WELL AS WITH THE LUGGAGE!
THE ONLY COMMENT WOULD BE THE STAIRS; TRAVEL LIGHT!

Location is on very prime and host Petra is exceptional in receiving and helping..
No lift for 4th floor and for my room especially no internet..🛜
