Great location clean apartment.

Good location.

Safe not attached to wall but locked anyway with no instructions.Communication would be better by text or call as what's app didn't come through as no WiFi fi where we were.

Location close to old Town and beaches. Air conditioning worked well as it was hot in Split

We noted a light that had been commented on by previous reviews was still not fixed. The shower was very small space in the are for washing. There was a sharp metal tray at eye level for soap and shampoo but I was afraid I’d cut my head on it. The shower head was in an extremely narrower area of the shower so you couldn’t use it. The wardrobe was very tried and need repair. No safe. No yea and coffee making facilities. We found the discerption and pictures on Booking.com did not match the promise of a balcony or the suggestion of beach views. The second larger more expensive apartment had poor seating options and the balcony was facing another building not a beach view as promised. The table and chair on the balcony was facing did not match the charming pictures online. False advertising. I asked the owner for an invoice of our bill they never bothered to respond which makes it had to calculate the cost for each couple for our two apartments

Location was superb.

Was woken by apartment manager at 10am and asked to leave apartment for the day as they had to carry out plumbing works. We could not return to apartment all day and had to keep two children entertained in a hot city on summers day with no chance of siesta. Then asked not to use the shower during our stay.

Very comfortable stay in a newly renovated room that is close to everything.

Housekeeper is very nice and helpful, and gave priority to cleaning our designated room, as we had arrived early. The host is readily contactable by phone, and informed us to checkin early once the room was cleaned. Location is really excellent, next to a few cafes and a grocery store. Also just next to the old Town. About 10-15 mins walk to the train and bus stations.

Perfect for short family stay in Split.

Great location, lots of lovely little bars surrounding the apartment block. Easy check in, very well described how to access the apartment. Spotlessly clean. Cannot fault it in any way.

Could be finished to a higher standard, lots of wear and tear around the apartment. Had to chase the deposit refund, they were not proactive to refund it

Great base to explore Split

Great location and very convenient parking in the building (with reservations). Lots of good restaurants nearby. Plus small supermarket. Very accommodating staff, nice and helpful.

The rooms and single bathroom are ‘standard’ as opposed to luxury. But still very comfortable. No living room as it is converted in a bedroom open to the kitchen.

Great little place to stay near Split

It was a great place to stay just a couple of minutes away from all the hustle and bustle. It has parking which is wonderful because the parking on the streets was crazy. It is a simple room with bathroom which was all we really needed.

Perfect location

I liked the location, a few steps from the Harbour and the palace walls. The room is modern and painted. Outside the building is a courtyard with trees and a few restaurants, cafes and grocery store. Outside the room they had a iron that you could borrow for those wrinkly clothes.

Outside lighting didn’t work so we didn’t end up using the balcony. We did let the owner know

Would recommend this apartment. Perfect for two couples.

Extremely convenient location. 2 minute walk to the port and restaurants, very comfortable beds and fairly quiet location. Parking for €20/day but allows you to stay until 2pm until date of checkout.

Moder apartment with great location.

This apartment is suitable for a family of four. Property was clean and conveniently located with its own parking garage that you should pre-book and elevator. The location felt safe and was conveniently located within walking distance of main attractions, port, restaurants.

If you didn’t book your parking in advance you have to find it elsewhere.

Excellent Location in middle of everything

Location was steps from restaurants/grocery store/ riva. Couldn't have a better place specially with parking spot. Host was very helpful and gracious. We rented 2 rooms that worked out well for a family of 4.

Great for a short stay, location perfect

Close to the Old town, restaurants, cafes, harbour. Very comfortable bed. Clean towels every day brought to the room.

For our 4 night stay the small things lacking made a difference for us, eg. No suitcase stand/rack (not due to space restrictions as suitcases went on floor) also no towel rails or hooks in bathroom. TV had no signal, and the air conditioner (on cool setting) didn't seem to make the room any cooler.

It was a wonderful place in Split. The two bedrooms were a good size and the A/C was good which is a big deal there. It is convenient to everything and they arranged an early ride for us to the airport too.

Perfect location close to Old Town! Nice modern apartment! Laura did a great job welcoming us and communicating with us during our stay. She was kind enough to let us leave our bags at the apartment for a few hours until we were ready to travel to our next destination.

rubbish from previous tenants was still there, there was also some glass pieces on the floor. Apart from there everything was great!
