Tv didn’t work properly, kettle didn’t work, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, wifi dropped out a lot and not enough pillows for 2 people.

Perfect base to explore!

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The bed was comfy, a good property for a base.

The main shower wasn’t good. The water just dribbled out. The smaller shower was good, just you had to hold it. The entrance to the building looked a bit tatty as did the stairs and handrail - not a huge issue, but a coat of paint could sort it out to make it look more inviting upon arrival.

The location was ideal. The styling of the room was lovely. Restaurants just outside. Mini fridge cold. Air con works well. It served us for the time left in Split. Room is situated in the walls of bygone era. Nice to hear the church bells ringing during our stay.

Within the hour of checking in, I was electrocuted by a broken power adapter while plugging in my battery chargers. When contacting the provided number it went unanswered many (7) times. Hosts last words, “Don’t touch it”. While we were out the next day, someone had gained entry and fixed the issue. Bed was a little on the harder side. Upstairs neighbours stamp their feet around like elephants, although we had (several)notes left on or door to be quiet. We are a quiet couple, so felt this unnecessary. The room is a little pokey, so if you have suitcases there isn’t much room to move around. Walls were marked with smears and not cleaned off. I’m being picky because the first day left a sour beginning. I seriously thought of forfeiting and moving accommodation.

It is the size of a broom cupboard, its claustrophobic and you cannot sleep comfortably nor actually take items out of your suitcase. It should be delisted.

A SCAM - do not go to this place

The "room" ( if we can call it a room) has nothing aligned with the pictures. A 3 sq meter room, a single bed in a corridor with only enough room for a bag on the floor. It is a scam or robbery, call it as you want, at €140 per night, any other place is better DO NOT GO to Jupiter Lux Rooms that s a scam!]

Good location for a stop over.

The host gave detailed instructions on how to get to and access the property. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was also very good. The location was very central and handy to the port and other amenities.

The room was smaller than I expected. There wasn't much room for standing getting dressed etc. Was good for a short stay and little baggage.

The so-called “single superior room” was extremely disappointing, it’s closer to a prison cell than a proper room. It was much smaller than the photos suggested, barely large enough to fit a single bed and a small table. The pictures are very misleading in terms of size and layout. The only separation between the sleeping area and the bathroom was a shower-style door, and the bathroom had no window. The air circulated directly from the bathroom into the sleeping area, creating a strong, unpleasant smell and constant humidity. For anyone with asthma or respiratory issues, this setup could genuinely be dangerous. To make things worse, the window had no lock and was actually broken. When I brought it up with the owner, the response was simply: “No locker, nothing will happen.” That’s not an acceptable attitude toward guest safety. There are plenty of better options in the same price range, so this level of quality is not justifiable. The conditions were so bad I had to find another place to stay, even though the booking was non-refundable. The management was also unaccommodating. Check-in was at 4 PM, and although I arrived earlier due to being sick and asked politely (even offering to pay more) to check in if the room was ready, I was kept waiting until just before 4. The response was cold and unhelpful throughout. This room should not be rented in its current condition.

Expensive but mainly enjoyable.

The location was the best feature, the rooms were clean.

My single room wasn’t much more than a bed wedged into a very small space that also included a toilet and shower. It was difficult to move about in , I’m average height and build. It was very noisy all the time from other tenants and from the street and sleep was disturbed. The motion sensor light in the hall way went on and off all night, faulty I guess, this illuminated my room with the door closed. I had to make do with the same towels for the duration of my stay. I saw nobody associated with the property. The hallway and entrance ways to both rooms need a good clean. The superior room wasn’t much bigger and moving about was easier but other than that met the same problems. Overall , too costly for what was provided.

Perfect for a short stay in split— super helpful host— lovely location!

The location was perfectly immersed in the old town just a short walk to the main strips and with a delicious restaurant right at your doorstep. The room size was more than fine as a solo traveller and it was decorated very nicely, I loved the old stone wall feature it felt very Croatian to me! The host was super helpful providing detailed directions on how to reach the accommodation and they also let me check out a bit later so I could time my ferry better and max my last morning here in split! Super kind and would happily stay again 😊 great for a 2 night stay!

Coffee facilities would have been awesome but it’s no issue with plenty of cafes nearby 😊

Beautiful room right next to amazing restaurants and the port 10/10

The styling of the room was beautiful and it was just what we needed! Location was great and only a 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry. Clean and very detail and easy instructions on how to get into the property.

Close proximity to the old town. Nice room. My only contact was through WhatsApp messages. I didn't get to see the propierter

Perfect one night stay as a travel transfer option

Lovely clean room, great quiet location. Not far from the tourist lively area. We loved how they incorporated the stone walls in to the room decor. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

I booked a room at one address and was later told it was at another. The person who contacted me to pass on the information was very rude and did not apologize for it. The room was much smaller than what was booked and was dirty, the bathroom walls moldy.

Very nice place in the center of Split

Very clean, beautiful decor, excellent location in the center, I could get there by a short walk from bus station. Self check in instructions are clear and simple. Room is smallish but there’s some closets on the sides with enough storage for suitcases and stuff. Tea bags, kettle, mini fridge and some toiletries are also provided.

Superb

The room is clean and modern. The shower is powerful and warm. The location is fantastic - just a couple of minutes from the Riva. It can be a bit cold in Split in February but there is air conditioning in the room which can be used as heating and it works well. This is the third time we have stayed here. The host is very helpful and let us book a late check out so that we could shower after the half marathon!
