Really well decorated, to a high standard. Great location on The Riva, excellent access to Split's attractions. The hosts were also great, fantastically responsive, always available to help.
Not problems for us particularly, but worth noting. The Riva is "lively" and the apartment is above a bar, although on the third floor, however, you could still hear street noise and music, maybe an issue for light sleepers.

Location, spacious and clean with an added bonus of a lift
If you are a light sleeper, noise from restaurants and promenade below can be heard late at night.

The music was very loud from the Bar below and despite the room being sound proofed this unfortunately didn’t help
