The location, the quality and size of the room.
I didn’t realize that staff were not there and had to meet you, but we overcame this when we were able to correct about flight delays.

Great location. Communication good. Could leave luggage after check out
Floor was filthy - which was word because the rest of the place was very clean. Hot water ran out after 2 brief, tepid showers
