Palace Tartaglia

This property is in a gallery which is absolutely beautiful and charming. The host was knowledgeable and friendly. We absolutely loved our room. It is in the heart of the Diocletian Palace, surrounded by shops and food. We felt safe and our host gave us all the information we needed for the stay. Quite pleased. Thank you for the pleasant visit.

Marko is very helpful en kind communication. Check-in went smoothly, staff helped me with my suitcase because no elevator, room the third floor. A broken lamp was repaired immediately. The location was fantastic, a 30-second walk to Riva Boulevard with all restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't clean; it smelled of sewage, and there was mold and sewer flies part over the wall next to the shower faucet. I can't upload pictures here as proof. There was only one cleaning service for a 4-night/5-day stay, even though the advertisement stated daily cleaning.

We loved our stay at Palace Tartaglia. Tucked away but just steps from any and all that The Palace area in Split had to offer. Would recommend.

Excellent stay! Location was perfect- right in the middle of Split old town and 5min walk from the ferry drop off. Room is a big size and has everything you need, also very clean all round. Would like to shout out to the amazing host Toma who checked us in and showed us to and around the room. He also sent out a very extensive list of local recommended restaurants, bars and activities which was very helpful. Room was also very reasonably priced considering its location within old town. Can’t recommend this stay enough. Thanks for having us 😊
