Fantastic location, fantastic air conditioning, fantastic room. But most of all a fantastic host. Bruno made our stay as perfect as Split could be!!

Room was large, window was so beautiful to sit and look over the Piazza. Our host was so helpful in every way. Location for walking was perfect, as well as going on boat tours. Highly recommended.

No elevator so be prepared for stairs especially if you have large suitcases.

The location and the state of the room were perfect. The convenience of being right in the town square was ideal. The room was clean and had great facilities. The host also went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. Everything was great.

The location in People's Square could not be any better for exploring the Old Town. Tucked away in a little side street from the square, there was little to no impact of noise from festivities taking place each night. The apartment itself has the fundamentals well covered, with bed, bathroom and lounge chair all comfortable and functional. Air conditioning and WiFi were my essentials and they were very reliable. The thing that distinguishes this property from others is the guidance and care offered from Bruno. As well as the obligatory instructions about working the air-con and the key card system, he also provided suggestions for restaurants, bars and beaches - as well as a much appreciated tip to visit Marjan Hill for the best view looking down on the Old Town and harbour. He responded very quickly to any questions sent by WhatsApp.

There is very little to not like. At a push I'd say the shower is a smaller space than some will be accustomed to - but that is being picky.
