Perfect stay, would return in a heartbeat! 💗

I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape and near on the tourist spot. Fantastic location, amazing hosts, and comfy beds 😴. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended! 😁

Disappointing

The location is very convenient for visiting the old town, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The beds were also quite comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and it was only separated from the main room by a sliding glass door, meaning that anyone using it at night would disturb the other person with light. The room was right above a busy street, and the windows did not shut out the noise, so earplugs were necessary. Finally, there was no way to leave our bags for the day after the checkout at 10 am. While this room would probably be OK for one person for a night or two, for two people it was less than ideal.

Disappointed by toenails...

Great location and nice room size with beautiful decoration.

Someone forgot to clean the toenails they cut after making the room and it was quite unpleasant to pick up the clean towel on the bed and find toenails under it. Also, shower selector knob was broken and you could not choose between the two heads so, it meant you had the water running half through each and very low pressure.

Located in a great area

Our room did not look anything like the photos. the one window opened onto a balcony courtyard were guests from another facility could sit and so we could not open the curtain due to lack of privacy nor the window without hearing conversations.

Great location in old town, close to all shops , restaurants etc. Bed comfy, room nice, bathroom nice. Guy at reception was very helpful and friendly

Need nameplate outside door to reception otherwise have no idea it's the place. Also the reception door is always closed, needs to have sign saying open. Can be frustrating trying to find where to go. Shutters in bathroom , need to be closed more, as apartment opposite looks straight in when in shower. Not ideal. No soap dispenser in shower and runs out of hot water quickly..

the room was great and comfortable. and hotel it's near everything you can think of from night life to restaurant.

booking.com didn't charge my card and they said they sent me email that I will. pay at the place so it took me 45 min to check in and sort out I was charged the tax 5 euro for two , since I was alone one person it should be 2.5

Enjoyed every minute of Split & the theatre room was very authentic & location is excellent

Had a few minor problems when we first arrived but they were put right asap & the gentleman in reception couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable 😊 The private terrace was lovely to sit in with the canopy in case it became too hot , & it did !

The owner and staff were all completely AMAZING! As one of the first customers of the season there were some issues that immediately irked me in the first 20 minutes of checking in. The front desk informed the owner in a VERY timely manner and they began promptly rectifying things right away. Every concern was addressed and positive outcomes were plentiful! Very friendly staff who are well-qualified and made my stay that much better. Full of great recommendations. (Truffle eggs benedict at The Daltonist is awesome!) Location was excellent. Good vegan food nearby (4 meals at Veg). Riva is a short walk down.

Could be more thoroughly soundproofed. (Admittedly extra noise sensitive.)

Location was great and within easy walking distance of old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Small problems sorted very quickly.

Right in the heart of the city. Perfect for anyone wanting to tour Split and its islands

The room was very clean, well kept and organised. We stayed for 3 nights and our towels and shampoo were replaced mid way through our stay without asking which we really appreciated. We also got lots advice about touring the city which was very helpful.

Exceptional

. lovely room plus outdoor space, we stayed 2.oct till 6.oct 2022 . perfect location, airport taxi(arranged via reception) dropped us off only 3 min walk to hotel. (understand further into the old town driving is not possible) walking 5min to the port area and everything else. . (easy self check in) We arrived around 22. 30h .special thanks to Doris at reception whom was always available to provide our (little) needs. Wish her all the best same towards the cleaning lady.

If coming back to split I would definitely consider coming back to Theatre luxury rooms if available. it was perfect for our stay in split Thank you Ricardo & Manuela

Fantastic location but basic accommodation.

Hotel was in a great location and when the staff were there they were vey helpful and friendly.

We had a few issues finding the place the welcome email was sent once we had started travelling so we didn't pick it up, there was no reception upon arrival and the sign was a A4 piece of paper. to be fair when I rang the telephone number someone answered and did help to access the room. Some mornings there was no hot water and on check out again there was no receptionist and no where to leave luggage.

Pleasant

Location. It's situated in old town with short walk to all restaurants. Clean room with hair-dryer, bathroom utilities, fridge, coffee, electric tea pod. New aircon and good WiFi. Nice terrace on the back yard.

Our room was definitely not like on the pictures. Our room had just a little window, which you will even not notice when come in. As it's old town so be aware that there is no free parking place. There is close parking spot available for 5- 7 kuna per hour or you will need to look for free spot somewhere else between apartment blocks.
