Location is approx 10 minutes from the bus station/ ferry port by foot. You go along the Riva, up the Marmontova street and then take a slight right turn - it's located in the corner and across a little cafe. Entire building/ house is fabulous, clean, exceptionally beautiful, smells fab, is safe, comfortable bed, great shower, hair dryer etc - everything one could hope for.
The only thing I would be nitpicking about would be low attic ceiling on one side, everything else was spot on.

Staff were very friendly. The room itself was amazing - no mess, bathroom was spotless, there was aircon and a mini fridge. No complaints whatsoever. The place was great value for money. Could not recommend more

Modern, stylish an a very nice room.
The room had very poor sound insulation from the hallway, and we were woken up several times during the night by people going in and out through the main door. As a result, we slept very poorly. Everything else about the room was great, but we got very little rest. I also sent a message to the host at 3 AM asking for a late check-out, but I didn’t receive a reply. Having to check out at 10 in the morning after a sleepless night was therefore quite difficult.
