We had a great stay! The location was amazing, and the room was spotless, minimal, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved spending the afternoons out on the terrace, it was such a relaxing spot. The communication from the staff was excellent and made everything so easy. The room was the best and made the whole trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Split!

Good accommodation in a very good location but somewhat overpriced.

Very good location within the old town and great options for cafes and restaurants very near by. Very clean and tidy.

Located on the upper floor the ceiling was sloped creating a challenge to avoid head bumps. Also, because it was quite small without a kitchen and living space, it was quite pricey.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay! Dino went out of his way to pamper us and make everything effortless from start to finish. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from charming restaurants, lively cafés, and plenty of culture to explore. Our room was spotless, modern, and felt wonderfully luxurious. On top of that, Dino surprised us with a voucher for a delicious breakfast at a stunning spot right on the boulevard – the perfect start to each day. The price–quality ratio is truly remarkable, and the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Split – highly recommended!

A week stay to visit split and island nearby…

Brand new construction, well equipped and well designed. No sound from the plaza which can be really noisy. Manager very reactiv and professional.

Nothing to do with casa beast but car parking in city center is a real challenge ! Householding available on demand and at extra cost, which was not clearly indicated on booking’s description.

Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the modern, well-located room and the easy self check-in, but the lack of sound

Modern, stylish an a very nice room.

The room had very poor sound insulation from the hallway, and we were woken up several times during the night by people going in and out through the main door. As a result, we slept very poorly. Everything else about the room was great, but we got very little rest. I also sent a message to the host at 3 AM asking for a late check-out, but I didn’t receive a reply. Having to check out at 10 in the morning after a sleepless night was therefore quite difficult.

Love this hotel.

This Hotel is so clean comfortable bed. And walking distance to old town and marina. Dino was awesome every time I text him. He replied right back. We really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend. I'm telling all my friends if they visit Split Croatia. Stay Casa beast.

The complete house and apartment is newly renovated and decorated with style and design of interior is superb. We really feel nice and comfy during our stay. Everything what you need is available and carefully arranged. Location of the apartments is spot on where you want to be once you are in Split. Located in city centre , only few steps from best restaurant and bar in the town, and only 2 min walk to beautiful Split waterfront. Communication with host Dino was very professional and helpful from start and he was always available for our enquiry’s.

Host was amazing and it was waking distance to heart of Split. It was very clean and brand new renovation as well just opened so felt like we were first people there. Everything was top notch.

Great vacation

We enjoyed ourselves in Split. The accommodation was very nice, newly decorated in Mediterranean style. The location is excellent, in the very center of the city but tucked away in a quiet street. We also paid extra for the breakfast, which was impeccable.

Mega Unterkunft im Herzen vom Split

Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in ein paar Gehminuten an der Riva. Gleich ums Eck befindet sich ein Parkplatz, sodass man nicht lange mit den Koffern gehen muss. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, sehr modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Bad mit einer riesen Dusche! Der Check-In lief auch total unkompliziert ab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :)

Buena ubicación y tamaño de habitaciones

La ubicación, dado que se encuentra en una zona céntrica pero tranquila para descansar, el tamaño de la habitación y la atención prestada por el propietario.

En la ducha el agua tardaba en evacuar. Además, dado que los apartamentos están bastante pegados es fácil estar escuchando ruido procedente de las zonas comunes.

El alojamiento está nuevo y muy moderno y minimalista. Todo tiene elegancia y está en su sitio. Esta bien ubicado a excepción del parking que es complicado y caro en toda Croacia.

La única crítica es que tiene una puerta/ ventana sin persiana lo cual entra muchísima luz. Y hay mucho ruido como de un lugar de eventos cerca però a la noche apagan el sonido.

Iako je moj boravak bio kratak, u ovim predivnim, novouređenim sobama zaista sam uživala! Smještaj je fantastičan – moderno uređen s posebnim mediteranskim štihom, vidi se da se pazilo na svaki detalj… Lokacija je savršena – u samom centru Splita, a opet u tihoj i mirnoj ulici, što je idealno za odmor nakon istrazivanja grada. Posebno želim pohvaliti domaćina, Dina– njegov pristup je bio besprijekoran. Od trenutka kada sam rezervirala, pa do organizacije transfera i svih korisnih savjeta, Dino se pobrinuo da svaki trenutak mog boravka bude opušten i ugodan. Definitivno preporučujem svima koji žele osjetiti Split iz prve ruke, uz dašak luksuza i autentične gostoljubivosti. I naravno – rado se vraćam čim prije!
