Was located very centrally. Rooms had enough storage and looked after. Came with a safe free of charge which was ideal. Also had a fridge which helped if you wanted to buy food to keep.

Nice room in fantastic location.

Location is incredible, very central near to shops/bars and marina. Branka (receptionist) very helpful via Whatsapp. Easy check in and out. Immaculately clean. Nice water view if you stood at the window.

They had a coffee machine in communal hallway but no instructions, or coffee/milk from what I could see. Would have been nice to have own coffee making facilities

The perfect hotel!

Riva city is the perfect hotel! The rooms are incredible with great amenities that are so clean and well kept. The location is fantastic and you are right in the heart of split, but what made this hotel fabulous for me was Branka! She is a wonderful lady who will go out of her way to make you feel welcomed and treated like an old friend. Nothing is too much trouble and she will always check in on you and provide recommendations, maps and anything you need for sightseeing restaurants and transfers! Thank you Branka for everything! I cannot wait to stay here again ☺️

Clean, convenient, and great location!

We had only one night in Split. This was the perfect place to stay between landing at the Split airport and leaving on the ferry the next day. A longer stay would have been nice though! The room was very comfortable, had lots of storage, a fantastic view, and the location could not be beat. Since we were so close to the ferry port, the palace, and beaches, we were able to minimize our time getting around Split and maximize our time enjoying it! The staff were very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Friendly, comfortable and very convenient

The property was is an amazing location so convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff was so helpful and gave us tips for places to eat. We get in after dark and Branka was waiting outside to make sure we found the location in the dark. So thoughtful!!

Riva city rooms

The location is perfect. You couldn't get any closer to the main strip in Split if you tried. The room was perfect for me as I was a solo traveller needing a room for one night ready for my transfer to the airport.

The only complaint I can think of is the lack of lift, but that is noted in the original advertisement. I did have a heavy case, but I knew what to expect.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, and a Comfortable Stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy, and the person at the front desk went out of their way to offer helpful tips and recommendations for things to see and do during my stay. They also assisted with organizing airport transfers, which made everything feel super smooth and stress-free. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep each night. Communication with the hotel was excellent throughout my stay; they were always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The location was also fantastic — close to everything I needed and easy to get around, which made exploring the area really convenient

One thing to note is that the room was on the smaller side. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler, but it might feel a bit tight for two people, especially if you're staying for more than a couple of days. That said, the space was well laid out and had everything I needed.

Great location , great pub next door and close to everything.

The room was well located near the main city and walking distance to the dock. The best part of our stay was the Pub Fabrique next door. They allowed us to store our bags there, provided a great lunch and free wi-fi. Excellent service there.

I had been expecting a hotel with reception and more facilities. My mistake. It was Easter Sunday and Monday so maybe on other days, there might have been someone at reception or even someone to respond to my emails. It was very DIY (Do it yourself) type of stay.

Great location with minor issues

The apartment is situated in an excellent location near the Riva, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. However, we did not receive the specific apartment we had initially booked. While the staff was kind and polite, they placed the responsibility on the booking platform, which was a bit disappointing. With better organization, this could be an exceptional accommodation option.

No Shuttle

There was no airport shuttle as I was led to believe there would be. When I contacted Riva City Rooms about the shuttle I was told to take the bus into the city or take a cab. No information was given about where the bus would take me and, as it was already dark, I paid a ridiculously high price to take a cab. This was the only drawback to a lovely time in Split.

Great value for the money, would mostly recommend it for solo travellers.

Fabulous location just a minute away from the marina, the most beautiful part of Split. Restaurants, bars, shops are all in walking distance. The host and cleaning lady very very friendly, check in and out went smoothly. Towels, shower gel even coffee capsules provided.

Bed linen did not smell too good. As the location is pretty touristy and central, it can be noisy at night. The fridge was also a bit noisy sometimes. But it was managable with earplugs.

Bad communication and check in experience. Receptionist was late and kept us waiting outside for 30mins for check in. No code was given to us for the main door to get inside in the evening, we had to wait for another guest to open for us. No milk for coffee Blood stains on the wooden floor in the bedroom.
