Title: Extremely Disappointing – Could Not Stay
I booked this hotel in advance and prepaid, but upon arrival I was shocked. The room was located in what appeared to be an abandoned four-storey building, with only one floor in use for the hotel. The exterior was heavily covered in graffiti, and the interior felt almost derelict. My room had only a small row of high windows with absolutely no view of the outside, making it feel dark and closed in. I lasted five minutes before deciding I could not stay there. No refund. This was nothing like what I expected from the listing.

The Hotel is clean . Rooms are big and nice . Only entry is tricky . But they send instructions clearly . Parking there is tricky and expensive €1.5 per hour . I had to pay 65 euro for parking.

The worst hotel in split. Well this should not be called a hotel as it’s a very cheap revamped shop, so I believe 10 on the third floor and that’s it. Developer trying to make a quick buck I would say.
No sign outside to show it’s a hotel when you get to the door you use the lift that has a smashed door then you proceed up through the previous sop floor to the makedo reception, nice people but permanently apologising to people for this awful facility.
There is no bar or restaurant or lounge just the rooms and worst of all it’s situated over a nightclub so any chance of sleep is over until around 4:30am.
Lastly there is the windows that really arnt windows just sheets of plastic I’m sure even in this country it’s not building regs.
I would advise for this accommodation to avoid at all cost
