Property was hard to find, breakfast starts at 8::00am, too late in the morning, most tours ask to meet at the starting point 7:30 or 8:15am, Restaurant service was extremely Slow not possible to have breakfast and attend the tour. We stayed 5-nights and we’re only able to eat two ice. Restaurant is not located near the property.
They property was extremely hard to find, address # is not outside of the property like the rest of the properties in area, even the cab driver could not find it he charge me a lot more since had to drive around, finally I let him go. No one was there and we were not sure if it was the right place, ask around, absolutely no attending. Much latter some lady showed up got the keys. Had flat screen TV did not work. We ask the lady if can cancel the reservation she said should have done 3-days ago.
