Great location, nice modern (and somewhat small) room, very good shower and good parking (for a fee).
Terrible internet, we had to disable WiFi and use roaming data constantly, have to climb a lot of stairs with luggage and no help. Entrance from parking lot is very low with no warning and as I had to carry my luggage I hit my head in the low ceiling. No amenities like gym or pool, not sure how this is a 4 star hotel

Check in was easy, location was good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.
Room was a little dark. Bread at breakfast was often finished, staff at breakfast could have been a bit friendlier. Water leaking from the shower to the area outside of it due to poor construction. There was already water damage to the door so must be a longer standing issue. (Room 11)
