The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely spa and a large, well equipped gym. The location was perfect, close to everything. Our only complaint is that the bed was very hard; but that being said, we still loved it and would stay again.

I stayed here with my adult son for five nights in August 2025. It was the most comfortable hotel stay I have ever expedienced, and I slept better than at home due to the excellent mattress and pillows. The air-conditioning was a great boon during the heat wave and we tended to sight-see in the morning and enjoy a siesta in our rooms until it was time for a cocktail in the roof bar before dinner. The breakfast spread is absolutely heroic in its scale and variety. The staff were kind and helpful without exception.

Simply put, this hotel is the best in split. It’s in the middle of old town, everything is walkable. The hotel is kept in immaculate shape. Everything in it is upgraded. The rooftop is amazing it gives you spectacular views of the city. The staff is unmatched. I never write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves one.

This hotel was perfectly located to the Old Town, we were able to walk to all the places we needed to go, as tourists. The property is very well maintained, our room was the perfect size for our stay, the rooftop pool was the perfect place after a long day of walking in the summer heat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay.

Excellent 5-star hotel with a sleek, modern design and peaceful yet central location by Diocletian’s Palace (a step away, without being in the middle of the chaos). Rooms are spacious (huge for European and even American standards), nicely appointed, and well-stocked (Nespresso, local wine with compliments, bath & shower, double sinks), and every toiletry you might need. The rooftop offers incredible views, a lounge pool, loungers, and excellent food and wine. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere—delicious and extensive. Spa and gym are impressive—especially the massage from Maja, truly world-class. Service was outstanding, with special thanks to Sara and Barbara. Extra perks made the stay feel luxurious: reserved spa/gym after hours, beach tote with towels, daily wellness specials, even complimentary morning massage (check specials and availability). The crowd is upscale and relaxed. Only downside: room service is extremely overpriced with a €15 delivery fee. Otherwise, exceptional in every way. If you’re staying anywhere but here in the town of Split, you’re in the wrong place.

This hotel is the perfect location! Just steps from the palace. Upon check in, the staff outlined all the major points of interest on the map for me. The rooms were large, clean and with amazing AC! I picked this hotel for the rooftop pool, which has gorgeous views and seating for drinks/food. I do wish there were more loungers and that the hours for pool access started before 11am and lasted past 5pm - it did seem limiting. The breakfast is really delicious. The buffet is varied and large and you can order a la carte as well. The staff across all areas were wonderful.

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect! The breakfast were delicious with many options and included. When we went to the beach, they provided towels in a beach bag. When we went to the airport early they gave us breakfast in a togo bag. They made us feel taken care of. We would definitely come back here!
