Heritage Hotel FERMAI MGallery Split

Very helpful staff with great choices for breakfast (lovely à la carte options). Location close to botanical gardens (short walk downhill) and to main old town. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped with good walk-in showers and complimentary coffee and water. Cleaners were amazing and very considerate as were other staff who provided helpful advice and recommendations. Property had a lift and good space for outdoor sitting with nice touches such as special offers for cake and afternoon drinks.

Not the fault of property but there is considerable building work taking place over the road. This was noisy (and dusty) from about 8am but finished by around 5pm. Thankfully hotel has good double glazing so not an issue when inside but did distract if wanting to sit in the terrace or a balcony.

Lovely small hotel. Air conditioning was perfect in the room. Staff were really helpful and friendly - the breakfast buffet was really great. The hotel is set in an ideal location, just a 2min walk from the old town. Being able to book a parking space at the hotel was a big plus.

Location could be better. Also, communication with some staff was inconsistent
