Clean, comfortable, helpful host & the roof top terrace was very pleasant.

The great location, 12 mins walk from the bus station, nice old building, rooms quiet; we were upgraded to a room with a large balcony and had use of the roof terrace with a view of city lights. Ante is a very friendly, helpful host.
If we hadn’t been fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony/terrace, the room would have felt quite small. The bathroom is ok with plenty of hot water, but the door is transparent in parts, and there is quite a wide gap between it and the wall, so it’s not very private.

Perfect place for a sightseeing trip. City center and marina are maximum 5 minute walking from an apartment.
Host is a perfect guy to talk about everything, he is fluently speaking english and as soon as we asked for a spots to see, eat and have fun he sent us a full list of best places in Split ( including locals bars ).
A house is an ancient bulding fully renovated by an owner, if asked he will tell you full history of a place, highly recommended!
Seriously 10/10 place to stay in Split!

Everything was great! Location is perfect, near the Strossmayer park and 5 minutes wslk from Riva. Very clean and cosy appartment.
The owner helped with finding a parking place, which was very kind from him.
No cons! Only pros.
