Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt. Saubere und gepflegte Einrichtung der Zimmer.
Abwicklung der Buchung mit Kontaktperson /Hotel top und sehr bemüht.
Parkplatzsituation im Umkreis der Unterkunft eine Katastrophe. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze überfüllt und ausgelastet und wenn ein Parkplatz vorhanden, dann pro Std EURO 1,50 durchgehend/ keine Pauschale pro Tag. Dh 36 Euro/24 Std.
Fotos auf Booking entsprechen nicht den tatsächlichen Größen der Räume (sehr mit Weitwinkel fotografiert) Badezimmer (Dusche mit WC) sehr minimalistisch. Waschenbecken separat außerhalb des Badezimmers.

A deux pas du centre de Split, logement confortable, personnel à l'écoute.
Très bien aménagé, double vitrage phonique très efficace.
Ce n'est pas un appartement mais seulement une chambre, pas très spacieux pour 3 personnes.
