Pellegrini Luxury Rooms

Location was perfect for exploring the city during our short stay. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Quiet location considering the location.

Smell from bathroom but receptionist immediately requested maintenance check and cleaning staff go back in.

We loved the location! The property is right outside the walls of Split’s Old Town, making it very easy to walk through the gate while still having convenient access to areas where Ubers and taxis can pick up and drop off. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs and allowing us to check in early. If early check-in isn’t available, the reception desk can also hold your luggage, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. We found multiple clumps of long hair throughout the room that appeared to be from previous guests. Since we were only staying for two days, we chose not to make an issue of it, and it’s possible the cleaning was rushed to accommodate our early check-in. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely have been better.

The location is beyond perfect. It’s actually right on the old wall of Diocletian’s Palace. Cleanliness was also beyond perfect. The building is extremely old but the interior of the rooms was extremely clean and modern. We got the Deluxe Double Garden View (Room 203). The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. I would guess it was king size. The room was quiet for sleeping. The view out of each window was up in the trees. It was beautiful. There is a safe that easily fit all 3 of our laptops (one of which is pretty big) and passports etc. There is a mini fridge. The bathroom and shower were good sized. The room was very spacious (much more spacious than it looked on the internet photos). There’s a good sized desk in the room. The ceilings are very high. There is no elevator, so if this is an issue, get a first floor room (we were on the 2nd floor). Our luggage was quite heavy but we had no problem bringing it up (and the concierge helped too) as the stairwell is wide. Both concierges were extremely helpful. Initially we were going to take a shuttle from the airport but the day before we left, Pellegrini’s sent an offer to have a guy pick us up at the airport and deliver us to the hotel. We did took them up on the offer and it made life much easier. The driver, Ante was very helpful and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect and peaceful location but yet central to restaurants and shops in the old town. Our host was very helpful in guiding us on how to explore the city. Very comfortable accommodation for a great night sleep. Our host was kind enough to provide us with beach towels for our boat trip. We took 2 rooms as we were traveling with 2 kids. Upon request, our host made sure that we had 2 adjacent rooms which meant we could all enjoy our holidays.

Nothing! We loved the property and would definitely stay there again.
