Gothic Palace Heritage

Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. Met us with an umbrella where the taxi dropped us off, then Carried our luggage up several flights of stairs to our room. Spent 20 minutes with us to get us acquainted with the facilities and area. Hotel is built into a Palace dating back to 300ad. Phenomenal history and incredible structure. The hotel is literally steps away from all the bars and restaurants within the palace walls. Extremely large room with ample space for unpacking. Perfectly clean and set up for a lovely stay. Easily could have spent a week at this hotel.

It was raining during our entire stay (12 hours), so it was not perfect for exploring the ancient palace grounds. We love to clime stairs for exercise, but people who have trouble with stairs should avoid this hotel. No lifts and LOTS of stairs. The staff can help with luggage, if needed, but you must negotiate many steps going in and out of the room.

Die Lage war perfekt. Ich denke noch mehr Zentrum geht nicht 🙂🙂 Betten waren bequem. Alles sauber. Personal war richtig freundlich und wenn wir brauchten war immer da. Der Hof wo befindet der Zimmer ist richtig süß. Und Restaurant unten ist richtig toll. Frühstück im Café neben war ok. Wir waren satt aber war nur bestimmte Frühstücks Varianten. Aber auch da war wunderschön. Für uns war alles super🙂

Localización fantástica, habitación amplia

Para llegar a la habitación tienes que subir bastantes escaleras. Afortunadamente no hibamos con maletas pesadas. En ningún lugar indican que el hotel no tiene la recepción en el mismo lugar de las habitaciones, y si o si debes llamar por teléfono para que o bien se acerque alguién del hotel ( ese fue nuestro caso) o bien te acercas tu (4 minutos ) para que te entreguen las llaves y poder entrar en la habitación
