If you’re considering Hotel Heritage Antique, don’t hesitate - just book it. The location is perfect and the rooms are impressively spacious, but the amenities really set it apart. We loved the buffet breakfast (complete with made-to-order eggs) and the 24-hour access to the coffee machine, juices, and wine.
However, the staff is what truly made our stay unforgettable. We arrived in Split at 5:00 AM, exhausted and hours ahead of the 2:00 PM check-in. Instead of making us wait, they welcomed us in immediately, telling us to rest and that the paperwork could wait until later.
Throughout our stay, the team was genuinely interested in our trip, offering great local suggestions and even looking up ferry schedules for us. A huge thank you to Jan and Julianna for going above and beyond!

I really can’t say enough about my experience at this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The view from the room was spectacular overlooking the epicenter of the palace. It was amazing. The breakfast was amazing wonderful homemade and different options every day just fantastic. You really can’t ask for a better location love this place.

Last night in Croatia and wonderful way to end the trip. The manager Jan is amazing. We had a rental car and he assisted us with our bags from parking outside the Old Town to our room.
Welcome traditional liquor shots upon our arrival. The hotel upgraded our room and it was beautiful overlooking the bell tower. He offered restaurant recommendations.
Great breakfast at the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. 5 star throughout!

The location of this hotel cannot be beat being right in the center of the palace and within minutes walking distance to everything and about a 10 minute walk from the port. It’s quiet except for only minimally hearing the bells ring on the hour. The staff could not have been nicer, giving a warm welcome and instruction to the city and giving plenty of recommendations. The room itself is nice (great shower) and the included breakfast buffet was modest but had enough good options with cooked to order eggs and crepes (pancakes). Be aware that there are stairs - no elevator/lift - but the staff will help with bags. Highly recommend checking.
