Evala luxury rooms with pool and garden

The location was perfect for reaching the port (10 min walking) and also Diocletian's Palace. The room was very clean and the AC worked well. Having a pool was a lifesaver with the heat wave we experienced! The pool was the reason we booked here as we were traveling with 2 kids. One of our rooms had a small balcony, so we were able to dry out swimwear etc. The location was quiet and protected with security codes necessary to enter the grounds. They had a lot of TV channels and options to chose channels from different countries. Since we were quite tired at the end of our travels, and avoided the mid day heat, this was a nice option

There really wasn't a place to eat, per se unless you sat on the small balcony. Not all rooms have a balcony or terrace. Since we stayed 4 nights with chlldren, this was a bit of a necessity. The pool area would have been perfect, but there were signs posted that no food was allowed. I would think it would be preferrable, and cleaner, if guests were permitted to eat in one area by the pool rathter than in the rooms.

The outdoor area was lovely - peaceful even during peak season and a great place to relax with a pool and jacuzzi. The customer service was amazing - Branka was incredibly helpful, gave us great recommendations, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The location was great too, right next to the old town.

room good size; staff pleasant and welcoming; pool area nice

bed was not flat and was not acceptable, sleeping was hard; bathroom was not renovated to a good standard; air conditioning unit placed very strange so could not circulate air well in the room; ac very noisy; the biggest issue was the noise insulation of the room. it was very noisy at night and we were woken by other guests in the stairwell as the room connected directly to the stairwell
