Palms Promenade Luxury Rooms

The location is excellent and the specific room was clean and spacious with an amazing view. The check in and actual alley to enter the building seem sketchy as well the security code doesn’t seem very secure. Despite booking a room for 3 adults that “sleeps 8” we had no bedding for a pull out couch because “3 people need 2 beds”. We didn’t discover there was no additional bedding for us to make up one of the couches until it was too late to remedy it.

Ideal location, cute, clean, room. Fantastic view and very response staff. Shops and restaurants all a stones throw away. Would recommend and def book again

We loved the room and the location. It was close to everything and the view was perfect. Toma was excellent and was waiting to meet us when we arrived. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there were 3 larger boxes and 2 large packages of toilet paper in the hall outside our room for the entire 4 nights we stayed. There were also 2 bags of dirty laundry left outside the door to our hall. It started out with 1 bag of laundry on the first day and a second smaller bag of dirty laundry joined it the second day we were there and both were still there when we checked out.

In the middle of old town close to everything. Really nice place that comfortably hosts 6 people. Super friendly and helpful ❤️☀️🙏
