The Host met us right away, took us up to our rooms. Our room was very big and very clean and modern. Great location on the boardwalk and walking distance to everything, shopping, food, gelato and tours.
Our room had a slopped ceiling and my husband kept hitting his head on, he wouldn't switch sides with me so his fault. There is only one keycard per room. We were traveling with friends so this at least 2 times was an issue. If your a couple only, probably wouldn't be an issue.
