If you’re looking for a great location- this is it! but you have to be willing to walk up to 5th floor.

Location was excellent! Super clean and safe with AC. Bottle of water in fridge! Comfy sheets. Nice shower.

No elevator to fifth floor. No place in shower to put my shampoo/conditioner. Bed a bit on harder side and pillows too soft. Still comfortable.

I would reccomend this accomodation for its cleanliness & great location.

I loved the location, easy access to everything from the promenade with all the restaurants & the old city and then close to where I needed to board my cruise I was met & taken to my room, given direction’s for security locks etc. Also I was able to request a helping hand with my luggage down the 5 flights of stairs when I checked out

The safe was not attached to any shelf/wall so I didn’t feel I could lock anything away

An absolutely lovely stay!

Location was perfect. Everything on our doorstep. We had four rooms booked including the amazing large room which had ample space and seating for us all to be together. The rooms were clean and the host responded promptly to any questions or issues we had.

Checking in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been and at one point we were worried if anyone was going to be at the apartment to meet us. And there’s no daily cleaning or safe in all the rooms or iron/ironing board luckily we had four rooms so we’re able to share what one trim lacked.

A great room and location on the promenade but a dirty entrance and too many stairs

The rooms were lovely clean and newly renovated. The bed and bedding were very nice and comfortable.

First it is very difficult to locate-no sign to indicate the location. The entryway to where it was located was dark and dirty with awful graffiti and cigarette butts where people sat and took smoke breaks. And so many stairs!! It has 6 flights of stairs and it was never mentioned in the information about the room. The stairway was also pretty dirty. Also the contact person was not responsive.

Great Stay in Split!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel in Split. The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. A special thanks to Toma, who was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Toma was very nice and carried our luggage up the stairs (3 flights) and showed us how everything worked. Great location, close to everything.

Climbing stairs is hard on my knees but that isn’t a big issue.

Great hotel alternative

Great location on the Riva. Clean room a short walk to everything in town. Quiet. The building entrance may look run down, but the rooms are fully renovated. Would stay here again.

An great vacation to split

The location is perfect, you’re overlooking the main strip with an amazing view . Unit is has easy to use tv , great shower with hot water , big bed and ice cold AC . You are getting an jaw droppin view and the best location for a tourist, highly recommend for a couple

The location was perfect! Nothing was more than a walk away. The place itself was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Staff were super responsive and accomodating. Very enjoyable stay all round.

Didn’t have a kitchen and the bins were kinda small, but neither was really an issue.

Stunning Split

Loved the location . The view from the room was stunning 😍

We were not aware it was a keycode needed to enter the building We were not given this before arrival . However The staff were on hand via WhatsApp to sort this out very quickly. . It was also a little tricky to find the property Information should be given that there are a lot of stairs to get to the room. This could cause a problem if elderly clients stay here as there is no lift . Carrying luggage could be a problem

Beware of the staff

Unfortunately we mixed up the dates of our check out, and they treated us so bad ! Horrible. The person in charge even knew we were staying until the 22nd, one more day, and did not tell us in advance that we had to check out on the 21st. He treated us super bad for a confusion, that HE also had. Everyhting was great, until then. The staff could have been much kinder and understanding of an unfortunate situation. It was quite the opposite.

Excellent stay in modern, clean rooms, and a very central location

Our rooms were clean, well modernised and comfortable. One room had a sea view which was great. The central location was perfect for us, very easy to get around. Toma checked us in and provided us with lots of useful tips from places to eat through to tour bookings.

Everything was just right, nothing we didn’t like.

Expensive but beats them all! Gorgeous property!

You can't find a better location than this one! What a gorgeous place! Breathtaking view. Absolutely in the middle of the promenade. One day it was raining much but we didn't miss out on anything as the view made up for the rain! Old world charm and super beautiful interiors.. It is slightly expensive but worth the view and experience!

Hot water wasn't working well. Struggled with that but nothing else other than that.

Best in heart of the old town

Best apartmant u can get in middle of the promenade. Brand new, clean, service in 5min no matter what you need( BIG THANK YOU TO ROKO) Aircon is 10/10, tv has netflix,super WIFI bed is comfy as i slept at home. On your door step planty of atm, bars, bakery, restaurants, taxi and uber. We were super lucky that we got it for this price. You wont go wrong if you pick this for your holidays. Prima kamer op 3hoog wat alleen met trappen te bereiken is in het centrum

Prima kamer voor als je veel weg bent.Het bestaat uit een goed bed met nachtkastjes, een buro met stoel en een koelkast. Kledingkast en een badkamer. Meer niet. Kamer bevindt zich op een uitstekende locatie aan de palmenpromenade en het centrum .

Kamer wordt niet tussendoor verschoond en met de handdoeken en badlakens moet je het tijdens je verblijf doen. Geen schone tussendoor

Ideal para visitar Split

Ubicación inmejorable sobre la Riva de Split y a pasos del Old Town. La habitación es chica, pero luminosa y con vistas al mar. La comunicación con Toma perfecta cada vez que lo necesitamos, muy atento Toma. Al irnos pudimos dejar el equipaje en una habitación del lado y recogerlo mas tarde. Ideal para visitar Split.

要爬梯3F，年紀大的人可能不能走，洗澡要等電熱水，不太能連續兩人洗澡，水會不夠熱。
