Really great stay. Would recommend it without any hesitation!

Perfect location. Very well decorated. Modern and clean. Fantastic breakfast place. Perfect to have private parking option. Staff, especially Dayana, were really nice and helpful. We forgot our phone charger and she brought it down to the Harbour for us plus giving us a packet of biscuits as she knew we really liked those biscuits. A fantastic experience.

Nothing really. It might be helpful to provide some hooks to hang clothes on in the bathroom. Other than that it was a great place to stay at.

Comfortable acommodation and great service!

Rooms are very clean and new. The family that runs the place is very polite and helpful, always ready to help with anything! The location is also perfect, right in heart of the Old Town!

Slice of heaven in old town Split. Highly recommend.

Fantastic large rooms in beautiful part of Old Town. The bed was amazing, the shower was perfect and the room was large comfortable quiet and beautifully furnished and set out. We ended up coming in a day early and our flight was delayed which got us to the hotel just after midnight- Luka met us at the arrival zone and carried our bags and escorted us to our rooms. He followed up with us next day that everything was ok. Great customer service nothing was too hard. Fresh homemade biscuits everyday too were a delight.

Excellent option for Old Town Split

This is an excellent location in the heart of the old city. The room was great and perfect for myself and 2 children. Air conditioning was top and the staff who helped us super friendly.

Wonderful stay in a great location right in the heart of the city walls. All important sights and port just with few minutes walking distance . Lots of eateries with multiple options. Great staff , very helpful and jovial ,always there when you need assistance. Would love to return again

Everything. Dijana met us when we arrived helped with the bags and walked us to the accommodation booked us in and explained everything about the accommodation and where to go for food and anything else we may need. Very attentive staff. We didn’t want for anything highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Split.

Beautiful room in an incredible location

Beautiful property located in the heart of the old town (inside the palace walls). Everything we wanted to see in town was less than a 10-minute walk (most attractions were only 2 - 3 minutes away). Lovely piazza just a few steps from the Priuli, so we had drinks and meals there a few times to enjoy the people watching. The room itself was wonderful: clean, well equipped and decorated, and had a very cool ancient wall behind plexiglass inside the room. The staff was very helpful and so lovely to us. Little touches likes robes and chocolates gave the stay a luxurious feel. I would definitely stay here again. This property is a treasure.

The location was great and the hospitality excellent. Bed was comfotable and room was quiet even in the heart of Split. Small hotel, only 3 rooms. No breakfast provided, but coffee and tea can be made in the room.

As someone who travels weekly for work and stays in countless accommodations, I can confidently say that Priuli Heritage Suites is by far the best place to stay in Split. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort are unmatched. The staff are warm, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The location is perfect—central yet quiet—and the blend of modern luxury with historical charm is done flawlessly. I’ve stayed in many places across Croatia and Europe, but this one truly stands out. I’ll always choose Priuli whenever I’m in Split again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean in a great location

We are so happy to have stayed here. When I was researching places to stay, this one came up but had very few reviews as it was a newer property being listed, so I was a little nervous but decided to take a chance. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our host (Diona) was so responsive and friendly. The location was excellent - right in the middle of everything yet it was so quiet at night. The room was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 4. We felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Ótima localização: mesmo no centro da cidade histórica de Split Staff super prestável e simpático! Ambiente familiar e aconchegante! Quartos espaçosos, modernos, confortáveis e cheirosos, com tudo o que pudesse ser preciso desde toucas de banho, pensos higiénicos, cápsulas de café de oferta para usar na máquina adjacente. Pequeno almoço num dos melhores restaurantes da cidade - Bokeria. Estava delicioso!

El acompañamiento de los anfitriones fue extraordinario. Nos ayudaron a buscar un buen espacio para parquear el carro. Es muy normal que zonas antiguas no posean parqueaderos, así que si quieres pasar una noche dentro de estos lugares, cerca a todos los sitios de interés está sería nuestra recomendación y buscar un lugar donde parquear cerca. Split es una ciudad muy segura, no tendrás ningún problema.
