A wonderful city break with a boutique stay

Great location, nice decor, comfy bed but no staff on-site and a small, noisy room in Room 1.

The location is excellent and the rooms look really good. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The sunbathing space is very nice and great to be able to cool off in the pool.

The staff were not very accommodating (don't expect to be able to store luggage there and don't be surprised if they ask favours of you, like moving outdoor furnishings if the weather is bad, because there is no staff on-site). If you are in Room 1, expect to be woken up at 7am most days by outside cleaners on the terrace directly above you, even if you raise the issue with the staff. It's lovely to have the pool but it is very small and was freezing cold - definitely not a hot tub, as it seemed to be listed on some sites.

Oasis of calm only minutes away from the centre of Split

Convenience into town being the big plus here. The spa was lovely being able to just chill after a long day touristing

All is not as it seems.

The building/apartment is great. Just about everything was considered. Appreciated the early access to our room after an initial problem with getting in.

We only had WiFi for a couple of hours throughout our 2 day stay, which is not great when you're travelling. We both had good showers Friday night. However, on Saturday night, halfway through washing my hair(I don't have long hair!), the hot water ran out and even waiting for an hour, my husband still had to have a cold shower. And still no hot water the next morning. Beware of rooms 4 and 5, as there are 40 steps to get into your room. It nearly killed my husband taking our luggage up those stairs!

Bathroom didn't have a proper door, only a sliding glass door+curtain combo that lets light, sounds, and smells through Unclear checkin instructions Used cups not replaced every day but also don't provide dishwashing soap to clean with

Good location and very clean. Comfortable bed and so nice to have the outside space to chill in. Close to restaurants and shops.

We couldn't get the TV to work, but that might have just been us.

Great location, fantastic clean rooms with excellent use of space and lovely toiletries.

The location was great. The style of the room was fantastic and the attention to detail was great. Appreciated the hairdryer, iron and toiletries.

I thought the outside area would be more suited to multiple occupants. The pictures of the furniture for outside were misleading. Somehow I thought it was a hotel so was surprised to find it was an air B&b but that’s my fault. Also I hadn’t expected to have no view from the room at all.

Gorgeous room and surroundings.

Rooms and outdoor spaces were beautiful. A real haven from the city whilst being only a few steps away from the centre. We managed to see the cleaner on a couple of occasions to receive clean towels and replenish coffees etc. The cleaner was extremely helpful especially on our last day.

Nothing. The Rituals products were a real treat. It was a shame we couldn’t use the pool after checkout but the cleaner was really helpful suggesting we could leave our bags.

Happy with our stay

Beds are very comfy and location is great. There aren't many sunbeds available. however we were quite lucky they were free for the majority of our stay. The room cleaner only comes every 2-3 days but she was very helpful, polite, and asked if we needed any new towels etc on days in-between.

Room 1, the bathroom set up is a little strange, it was a glass front with a curtain in front, the design of this could be improved for more privacy. When the furniture moves in the wind on the terrace above, it is very noisy in the room. The outdoor cleaner comes around 6:30am and is very loud so there is no chance of a sleep in! WIFI could also be improved as signal is temperamental.

Secluded but close to so many walkable areas. Amenities galore especially the Ritual toiletries and the best hair dryer ever ☺️ Spacious and comfortable, so much thought and effort put into the decor and pieces of furniture. Our favorite stay of our Eastern European vacation. Our hosts were very responsive when we encountered difficulties of our own doing. We should’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool and patio.

Didn’t know how to turn on the pool. It got a little steamy in our room ~ the temp said 16 but it was hotter and never turned on to cool the bedroom.

Lovely and relaxing stay.

Fantastic location, lovely room, very quiet area. Terrace with deckchairs, a mini pool/jacuzzi. Nice cafes and bars nearby.

Collecting the key to the room was a bit of a faff but I'm sure this could be easily improved by the host. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

For the price we paid, we were extremely underwhelmed

When we arrived at the property the codes we had been given didn’t work. We were stuck outside for almost 2 hours and there was no contact to call. You can only reach the staff via WhatsApp and at the mercy of their poor responses. The room and the bathroom are separated by a glass sliding door and a curtain which means if you’re travelling with someone, unless you plan to get separate rooms, you can see and hear everything they choose to do in the bathroom. In terms of cleanliness, our room was refreshed once throughout our six day stay. Lastly in terms of the location, cars cannot access the property which means upon arrival and departure, you have to walk to a certain point (about 4 minutes) which again, isn’t convenient for various reasons especially lack of internet connection/ data and this information wasn’t disclosed.

Amazing property. Great location only a 5 min walk to the centre. Rooms are gorgeous. Outside terrace area is perfect.

Was a perfect stay however we had booked 2 rooms and the bathroom in one of our rooms was not great. The water would not go down the toilet and bathroom floor would get wet. But it sorted its self out in the end.

It was clean and comfortable.

The check in process was NOT GOOD ! We were on the phone for an hour to try and get in !! We paid a lot of money and felt it was overpriced. No one at check in to help.

modern, clean - in an old building tastefully renovated with lovely bathroom and bedroom on ground floor. nice small outside space

loungers outside not comfortable and we did notice that all the nails were loose and sticking straight out of all the slats which was very dangerous. it was therefore not possible to use the loungers to relax in which was one of the main reasons we booked this property

Extremely comfy and stylish room with picturesque pool area in a central but quiet location.

Stylish and comfortable rooms with small pool and sun beds available. The location is very central but still quiet. Good WiFi. Good amenities in the room - kettle, teas, coffees and board games. Staff were able to keep our bags safe until check in.

There could be more information available regarding the online check in and key box system - although we managed this with no real issues.

Its a fantastic cute hotel in the heart of Split! The rooms are super nice and clean, the outdoor area has a nice pool where you can cool down and have a nice drink :). The hotel is located in the city center means you are well connected but its still a quiet place! We will definitely come back to this place ♥️

Lite valuta for pengene. Dyrt for kun et lite rom. Få solsenger som var ofte opptatt av andre beboere. Glemte igjen en smykke, men når vi prøvde å få kontakt med personale ønsker de ikke å hjelpe oss. Dårlig service for å ha betalt så mye. Fikk ikke nye håndklær eller toalettpapir.

Fantastisch!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Ibella Boutique Hotel! Vanaf het moment van boeken werden we ontzettend vriendelijk geholpen. We hadden last minute voor dezelfde dag geboekt en vroegen of we eerder konden inchecken – dat was gelukkig geen probleem. De host bleef via berichten inchecken of alles goed ging met het sleutelkastje en of we nog iets nodig hadden. Dat persoonlijke contact gaf echt een warm welkom, ondanks dat we niemand persoonlijk hebben gezien. De locatie is top: binnen een paar minuten sta je in het centrum van Split. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd en vormt een heerlijk rustige plek om even te ontspannen. De badkamer was ook een fijne verrassing, met veel verzorgingsproducten aanwezig – een klein detail dat echt iets extra’s toevoegt aan het verblijf. Kortom: een sfeervol hotel met uitstekende service, een fijne ligging en oog voor detail.
