Great location!

Very comfortable and well stocked villa in the heart of Split. Host was very helpful and was available to provide assistance when needed.

Very small with bedroom in a loft type setting with a difficult staircase. Bathroom downstairs meaning staircase had to be navigated through the night.

Clean Cosy Comfortable!

Lovely place to stay if you’re in Split, perfect location a couple minutes from the centre had everything we needed and very clean, good view of the sea. Host was super helpful with recommendations and answering all our questions quickly, would definitely stay again!

Good experience overall with customer service!

Property was in a great location. Within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Property manager (Nicholas) was very helpful, communicative, and attentive.

Bed was not comfortable and it was squeaky. Toilet kept running throughout the night. Very thin walls, could hear guest next door moving around at all times of the night and early morning which was a bit annoying.

Super cool place

Absolutely everything was charming. The location was comfortable, in the heart of the old town. The interior - cosy, with attention to every detail. The kitchen was so well equipped that we almost wanted to cook..however Split and the surroundings are so cool that this willingness quickly disappeared :D The owner was super helpful. We didn’t want to leave.

Nothing to complain about or not to like. I am adding here only some notes to make the picture more realistic. The property is a bit small. Don’t bring a lot of clothes but better book it 🙂 Parking is not right in front but this city is not for lazy guys. However there are enough parking spots within 10 mins walking distance. Some neighbours feel entitled to live like there are no other people around them but…nothing we or the owner could do about. Question of education… We really loved this vacation. Thanks, Nicholas!

Beautiful little place

The area was beautiful and quiet. And we loved our little house. We walked up the steps and to the viewing point and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen etc.

We love you eat the food of the country but found it hard to find. Good restaurant recommendations from Nicolas though.

Great location in a very vibrant and beautiful city

location was excellent

no hangout factor in this unit. The shower was not very good and it flooded when we used it. This unit appears to value form over function. Everything looks nice but it is not very comfortable. The location mitigated all of this for us

Amazing charming house where we ll return for sure

I’m giving this place and the owner 10 ⭐️!!! First of all Nikola is so helpful, he send us location of the parking lot and came to help! Rarely people do that. Second- his place is charming clean and comfortable. View from bedroom is amazing, sea view! Bathroom is clean. Kitchen area is equiped with everything needed. Also there is a table in front of apartment where u can sit at the night. Location is perfect, best area to stay in. Also place has washing machine which is useful if traveling a lot. I must say I recommend this place to everyone and thank you for hospitality! Me and my fiancé loved the place!

Memorable, I would love to come back with my family!

I loved all about this location. Very well equipped: comfy bed, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, a/c. Perfectly clean and well located. You are like 20 min from the bus/ferry, station, the walk is beautiful and you traverse the center. As a woman travelling solo I was a bit afraid but this place is safe and people are really nice! The best of my stay was Nicholas, the host, who was very helpful with all my questions . He was very thoughtful my last day allowing me to stay more time when I get really sick. He offered me help if I needed something and checking on me during the morning. Very caring! Thank you very much Nicholas! You deserve a 10 in Booking! :)

Thank you for a comfortable stay in Split

The host of the property was very helpful before during and after my stay which was reassuring as a solo traveller. The location is great and quiet , away from the hustle and bustle of split.

The single room was quite different from the first few photos on the website (which I think were of the larger/more expensive rooms), though pictures were featured later on. It was set up like a studio flat which was perfectly fine, just a little different from what I expected!

Superb

For Europe it was a spacious modern studio apt that includes a microwave and fridge. The AC was wonderful. It was close and walking distance to the market and restaurants. It was close to my tours departure points. Highly recommend this place if you want be with locals and close to everything. I would stay here again

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, aber sehr nah am historischen Stadtzentrum, mehr oder weniger am Weg zum Marjan-Berg.

Das untere Ein-Mann-Apartment könnte zumindest noch ein Spülbecken vertragen.

Gute, saubere, kleine Unterkunft für eine Person am zentraler Lage

Es war sehr sauber und die Lage ist top! Es gab eine Nespresso Maschine und nach Möglichkeit kann auch nach der Checkout Zeit bleiben, wenn kein neuer Gast gleich kommt. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber! Alles super geklappt!

Die Lage bestimmt den Preis

Hervorragende Lage zur Altstadt und zum Marjan. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das sehr einfache Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist mehr ein Kellerraum, es hat kein richtiges Fenster mit Tageslichr, in der „Küche“, gibt es kein Waschbecken, so dass man das Geschirr im Bad abwaschen muss. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und im Bad lag Müll der Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Für den Preis hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet.
