Had a one night layover in split and Kostela Spalato Luxury Rooms was are perfect choice. Clean, roomy, great location and comfy.
Other guest arrived late and were very loud but that is not something that can be helped. Just inconsiderate people.

Location was great. Easy to get to it & from it into the heart of Split. Well finished interior. Super clean. Responsive host . Perfect for a nights stay
A very nice hotel room but without all the facilities a hotel might offer. Great for a one night stay but would have needed at least a small kitchenette for anything longer.
