Unforgettable stay grilled with chill days and exciting nights out!

We absolutely loved the location! It was right in the centre, easy to get to anywhere. We also loved our host, he was so accommodating and extremely welcoming! Additionally, we loved the safety of our property, with it being such gated property. Lastly the wifi was exceptional, my phone stopped using 5G for some reason in Croatia and so the Wifi at the accommodation was extremely helpful!

The only thing we did slightly struggle with was the lack of hot water in the shower.

Great location and a wonderful Host who could not be more Helpful

Frane was wonderful - very helpful and accommodating. I was able to drop my bag earlier and he was more than happy for me to occupy the room as soon as it was clean. The rooms itself is great - a small window that lets in fresh air and some light which is nice - and very clean. Personally I prefer more light but that's really neither here nor there as pretty much, I only slept there.

I really wanted the overall rating to be higher, but unfortunately the walls are really really thin and the room I was in (4) had another room beside it that shared the same entrance. If the neighbours were considerate it wouldn't be an issue - but there was a family next to me who were literally yelling at each other. Despite having really good ear plugs in (as I anticipated it would happen) when they came home it sounded like they were crashing into my room. So if you strike quiet people there will not be an issue. The next night was fine so it's the luck of the draw. Perhaps a little notice in that adjoining room to let people know to be somewhat considerate when coming and going from the rooms. Not meaning to sound negative because the accommodation doesn't deserve it - but having a couple of small plates would be helpful - or even a little chopping board. Otherwise I highly recommend.

A little Gem

It was convenient to bars and restaurants. The promenade was 5 mins walk. Frane was very caring and was always there to help.

Lovely helpful host, great location to use as a base in Split.

Our host Frane was very helpful and friendly and even provided us with a city map marked will all kinds of recommendations for local restaurants and bars (of which we tried several, and all the recommendations held up as true) The apartment itself is in a great location close to everything. There are a couple of supermarkets very close by. Recommend you visit the Belvedere panorama for a beer at sunset, and recommend you go to Mandrills Craft Bar for some great craft beer. Also I recommend (if you like weird stuff like me) go and visit Froggyland. The waterfalls at Krka is well worth the day trip.

The apartment is a little smaller than I was expecting, but not so much to be a problem. There is a mini fridge and kettle but no hot plate, some noise from the street at the weekend, which would probably be a bit worse in high season.

Great location, great room, great hosts!

The hosts, Frane and Antonia were so friendly and welcoming. The property was in an excellent location; in close proximity to all the main attractions. The facilities were superb, and the room was very well maintained; light and airy, and clean and organised, and very quiet. Antonia gave us a detailed map, she had added some landmarks of local interest, including an authentic Croatian restaurant (her recommendation was appreciated, as the food was superb). We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great stay!

The property is in an excellent location. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was very try helpful and arranged an airport transfer for us which was great! The outdoor furniture was lovely for relaxing in the evening. I would definitely recommend.

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear your neighbour but it was fine, no real issue.

Spectacular and definitely not the last time here!

Everything was perfect better than expected. Location was amazing, 5-10 mins walk from literally everything (beach, old town, restaurants and main road) and all facilities in the room were beyond amazing from clean toilets with heaters and fans to clean bed sheets. We found everything we needed even though we’re high maintenance. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here 100%. Frane was v beyond amazing and helpful in every step and he gave us recommendations regarding restaurants, wine and tour/ activity agencies.

Spacious room, lovely communal seating area and Lorne was incredibly welcoming and flexible when we were delayed arriving, as well as promptly available when we had a query. The location is also great - very central but tucked away so no real noise from the town!

Exceptional

Excellent location and perfect quiet spot to get some rest! We had only 3 nights in Split and a number of early day trips and jetlag, found Peruzovic Rooms so great for getting a good night's rest and deeply appreciated Frane's recommendations for food and giving us an overview of must-see attractions. The mini fridge in the room was an added bonus as we got some sandwiches for our day trip to Plitvices park the night before.
