Only problem is no front desk until 2pm and then behind an unlabelled door. In fact no plaque anywhere to identify the apartment and VERY difficult to find. Had to ask neighboring business and only one had a clue. Otherwise quiet and well situated.

We chose to have a junior studio, which had its own patio, which was very nice to sit out on with a drink in the evening. Room was very well appointed and had everything in it that you could possibly want. Anna at reception was very welcoming - even came to meet us when our taxi dropped us off near the hotel - and helpful. She is only there from 2-9 pm, so reception is not staffed outside of those hours, but she is easily contactable by phone if needed. Accommodation is accessed through a door using a code, so it's very secure.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, great location and good value for money. However it is slightly difficult to find, with no sign and although it says check in until 10pm, if you arrive in the evening, chances are there will be no one on reception and you’ll need to call them and check in by phone. I missed the human touch here as I couldn’t find my room for a while. Once in though, overall I enjoyed my stay. I stayed for 2nts and my room was not serviced at all. But it’s not 5* so I guess that’s ok - just thought I’d mention it as some people have higher expectations than me!

This is the perfect spot to explore Split on foot from. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. There are many dining options nearby, as well as lots of sight-seeing and tourism spots to explore.

The hotel was nice but very small. There is no sign anywhere on the street or outside the hotel, so we had difficulty finding it and had to ask business owners for help. Finally someone staying there saw us and helped us. The room was small but nice.

Theatre Luxury Rooms is a fantastic property, conveniently located in center of Split. Walking distance to all the attractions as well as the bus station and the ferry port. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and well managed. The staff member I encountered, Anna Maria, was very friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience. I liked this hotel so much I stayed there on two separate occasions. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely little spot right in the heart of Old town split! Just a few steps away from great restaurants and all of the sites. We were there during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was fabulous in our room! Anna Maria at the front desk was lovely and gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do while we were in town.

The front desk staff was very attentive. The room was compact but clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay there... including the patio seats outside and how quiet it was inside the walls and yet just a step out to all that the Old Town had to offer. We would definitely go back.

I would stay here again. Well located, easy to walk places yet quiet at night. “Luxury “ a bit of exaggeration but clean and neat, had a small fridge. Bed comfortable. Lots of places to eat very close. 20-minutes walk to beach. Historic area 5-minutes walk. Our only problem was that no one was available at 2pm for our check in, and it was very hot outside, we were tired, and we couldn’t drop off luggage. Two employees arrived 2:20 and after that, all went smoothly. Luka was especially helpful.

The positives: location is great, the bed and pillows were very good as was assistance from the front desk. The downsides: located adjacent to a street that could be quite noisy at night, overall value for the money was not good and housekeeping was minimal- the room was serviced once over a 5 night stay and simple amenities like coffee were not replenished except by request.

Such a comfortable room near the center of Old Town Split! We stayed in August on a very hot night, but it was cool and pleasant with great A/C! Highly recommend!

Although the check in time is listed as 2-10pm, the reception sent me a message that they closed at 9pm and I was getting off a boat that docked at 8.45pm! I tried to phone and message them that I was calling an Uber in advance and I was rushing to get there with such a tight deadline but they did not answer the phone or my messages which was very stressful. I requested a slightly late check out at 11 or 12, so just a one or two hour grace period but was refused. They accepted my $200 payment for 13 hours but were so money grabbing and unhelpful to not allow me an extra hour or two unless they charged me 50% of the room charge! Zero guest care. Zero service. Zero hospitality. Zero to answering the phone or reading messages also. Money grabbing and selfish policy.
