Well located modern smallish apartment in area just outside fringe of Splits old town.

Location location. Modern clean unit. I know this sounds strange but I loved the entrance door! I’ve been fortunate to experience many hotels etc on work and leisure but I’ve never seen a top level security door such as this. Next level with multiple deadbolts that would keep a Police SWAT squad out! Balcony common deck area good for a quiet takeaway dinner.

Cute little place, close to everything in old town.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, access to a little kitchen area with coffee and dish soap. The air conditioning worked great. The message we received on booking before we arrived was very clear. They followed up to make sure we arrived OK. They have a clothes drying rack, which is a very thoughtful touch.

The bed was very soft and unsupportive.

Amazing stay!

Perfect location, everything within walking distance- 5 minute walk to the harbour, 10 minute walk to Palace, 20 minute walk to beach. Bus stop at the end of the road which stopped at quieter beach spots in the National Forest. Very central location, couldn’t have chosen better. Lots of restaurants and amenities on the doorstep, though property was tucked away just off of the main road. Room was spotless with everything you may need. If you ran out of consumables, host was quick to drop off what you asked for. Room was very dark and quiet at night time with the shutters closed, and felt very safe. AC worked well throughout our stay and kept us very comfortable. Host was very quick to reply to queries over WhatsApp, provided clear instructions for self check in and gave lots recommendations of things to see and places to eat, which was a nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough, throughly enjoyed.

Everything was fantastic. Location, large delightful room and bathroom with every thing we needed. Super large comfortable bed, fast wifi, washing machine, dish washer and responsive owner. Close to Everything.

Best place to stay in Split, has everything in the perfect location!!

Location was perfect. Ivana the host was very kind and helpful and gave great tips for stuff to do while in Split. Room was very nice and well maintained, plenty of space and has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner and stove top. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved everything about this place ❣️

I don’t know about the other rooms but ours was VERY clean and comfortable! Everything looked new, it was bright & had WONDERFUL sound proof windows with blackout shutters. Beds were awesomely comfortable and had great pillows (the big pillows were too big but they had these great little pillows that we loved). Close to so much, including my favorite sandwich shop, Focaccia Bar. I wish every place we stayed at was this lovely! The host was so helpful and gave us great ideas for food and other things. If you go to Split, eat at Duje, it was the BEST food we had and prices were relatively inexpensive. Monk fish with bacon and fried calamari…YUM!!

The place is quite noisy — mostly due to heavy footsteps from the apartment above, and to a lesser extent, noise from the restaurant below, which is right outside the only window.

Amazing

The flat is situated in very close proximity to the promenade.Clean with all the essential required. You can’t hear any noise from the passers by. Good restaurants and shops close the flat. As a solo traveler this flat was perfect as I had everything I needed close by.

Perfect for stay in center of Split

Guesthouse is located in center of Split old Town, in stunning scenery of tight middle ages buildings. It's perfect location to be in center on island, and sightseeing it and enjoy their atmosphere. Is close to local bus station also to transport to Trogir or Split airport.

Good for a quick trip

Great location and very clean. It certainly worked fine for a quick 2 night stay. Check in was very detailed and easy to follow.

Room/bathroom was small. Room was not as pictured but similar. likely photo of another property on the building. The bathroom door did not stay closed and it did not lock. It had a mild septic/sewage smell.

Highly recommend!

This property is gorgeous! I had a short but comfortable stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. I checked in late, so my host was able to send me very easy instructions on how to check in and was able to accomodate me needing an extra hour for check out. The location is really good! In a great spot in town but still quiet. I highly recommend this stay. I couldn’t have been happier with it.

Perfect spot in beautiful split!

The location is incredible. It’s close to everything! It made popping back to the apartment during the day/evening very easy. The check in was easy and the directions given by the owner were super clear! The apartment was super clean. The owner was easy to contact & she sent through recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants, cafes, etc. we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation!

Fantastic central location. Very clean. Someone always available to answer any questions and responses were very quick.

Our room was very small, but it didn’t matter as we literally just slept there! We were out all day and literally went back to shower for the evening and sleep.

I loved the room. I would come back

the room is modern, in the middle of the old town. and there is a supermarket right next to it. it’s a self check-in so I didn’t see the host, but she was kind to text and ask if I need anything

there is a restaurant under it exactly and they can be very loud and noisy in the morning when they are preparing their kitchen. they woke me up 6 in the morning

Great stay. Brilliant location and facilities

Great location, quiet at night and in easy reach of everything you will need. Lovely decor in the room, well equipped for self catering if that’s what you like. Instructions sent for self checkin as we arrived late night but really easy to do. Also facility to leave bags on check out for late flight back on request
