The perfect location and providing for all our needs. Will use again and can recommend.

We chose Split Varos for its central location, as one of our party had mobility issues, and we were not disappointed - it's right in the heart of the old town, close to all the top sites one would wish to visit and the harbour front. It was spotlessly clean, everything worked and the rooms were large and very well appointed.

Perfect location, comfortable but noisy neighbours

It's a very nice accommodation with everything you may need incl. Aircon and a nice bathroom. Location was perfect for getting around old town Split. Communication with host was brilliant. And they let us keep our luggage in hallway when we checked out (which is shared by all room guests)

The room is quite dark due to the small, recessed window, which lets in very little natural light. This isn’t a major issue if you don’t plan on spending much time there during the day. Unfortunately, noise was an issue for us. Footsteps and movement from the upstairs neighbours were clearly audible, and on one night, other neighbours were loud and kept us awake until 2 a.m

Nice clean, tidy apartment but incredibly noisy.

It was nice and tidy and well looked after. The room had great air conditioning and a fantastic new bathroom.

It was so incredibly loud. No noise proofing whatsoever. The people that live above the apartment were noisy and stomping around until at least midnight all of the nights we were there, and then up and moving around at 6am. And because it is a guest house, you could hear everything the other rooms were doing (including coming home at 4am after a night out and trying to cook food in the communal kitchen.) Lovely apartment but we didn’t get much sleep at all unfortunately.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect – very central and close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great location, great host, very comfortable stay.

The room is REALLY spacious, great amenities, amazing location, literally in the city center, about 5 min walk from the port. The host is really great and answers quickly, very clean, great shower, grocery stores and restaurants as soon as you go out the the entrance gate.

It is a bit noisy during the night, but thats understandable given the location, other than that, no complaints.

A simple hotel in a great area. Great water pressure and nice staff.

It was a very simple hotel in a great area. You're no more than a 2 minute walk from any bar, restaurant attraction etc from Split. The hotel is simple with solid water pressure, strong AC and in a great area. It's a simple place to stay on the budget side. High recommend.

clean room, great location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed with warm and heavy blankets, curtains made the room totally dark

No isolation in hotel room door, so we could hear (and wake up to) every little sound any other customers made in the hotel hallway/kitchen. Also, our last night at the hotel, when we were already in bed, there was a loud group of men in the hotel kitchen, who also tried to turn our door handle at around 11 pm - fortunately we had locked it. Alone with my kid, this was a bit frightening. Eventually I shouted out to them to be quiet, and so they calmed down a bit. No desk in room, and only one (cushioned) chair, so difficult to find any place to set down stuff such as keys etc.

Quiet and very comfortable stay in Split Varos

The host is nice and give you plenty of tips for visiting Split. The apartment is really nice, very spacious, and you have all you need for your comfort: a very well equipped kitchen, bathroom has all you need and the room was very clean and furniture quite modern. The accommodation is quiet and very well located, not far from the very city center. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. A very nice stay in Split !

Good location but owners need to make sure things are working so guests don’t have to deal with

Location is great. AC worked and bathroom is a good size.

TV never worked while we were there. We reported it and they said it would be fixed and then it wasn’t and still wasn’t...eventually our stay was over. I stayed at the same place for one day earlier in the season and the AC didn’t work. Not a big deal since it wasn’t that hot yet and it was just for one night. I asked about it and they said there were “no batteries in the remote.” That’s something that should be checked by the owners before guests stay and possibly between guests in my opinion. Frustrating to stay somewhere short-term and have things be broken or not working properly and have to deal with people coming by and still have it not be fixed. Fast response is not enough, trying to catch things before guests do would be much better.

Central but essential accomodation

Excellent position to visit the city centre at a reasonable price. Just be careful if you come by car as it is really hard to park in Split!

The room we where provided did not have a window and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
