Large 1 bedroom apt with well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with shower and washing machine. Small shared patio. Comfortable sofa and huge TV. Staff were able to offer early check-in when I enquired about dropping off bags. Great communication. Good location in quiet back street just off riviera.
Apt looked a little tired with musty smell. Don't think it had been used in a while. Unfortunately the alleyway leading to the apt sometimes smelled of waste (possible plumbing issues), which meant using patio in the hot weather wasn't possible. Got shouted at by neighbour for drying clothing in patio area.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do when visiting split. Mateo and his partner were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we got to split. The ac was a life saver.

Well located in a short walking distance from every significant spot in the city. The host let us leave our suitcases in the property after checking out so we could pick them up later and leave directly to the airport.
The bathroom was quite uncomfortable. Impossible to take a shower without spilling water all over. Towels were not so clean and smelled as if they had just been used. Walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors very well, luckily we were so tired that we didn’t mind any noises ;)
