The location was central

* It was not easy to locate the apartment * Behavior of the owner was very unfriendly: He seemed very judgmental towards me and seemed passive aggressive * Towels weren’t changed

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do when visiting split. Mateo and his partner were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we got to split. The ac was a life saver.

Decent place with fantastic location.

Location was superb. Good quiet place to stay for solo traveler. The AC was welcome relief from the heat. One review complained about the steps but I counted them and there's only 15 and there's rails. Happy with stay.

Bath was a little wonky. Banged my head more than once and the air conditioner made regular noises that sometimes woke me up .

Happy days in Split

The location is Super! City center, harbor, and all important places are in (max) 5 min walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Mateo and Karolina are the best Host: both are very friendly, competent and provide excellent support to their guests every time.

Great location with nearby shops, beautiful, clean and comfortable room with own fridge, AC and bathroom.

I went here for both work and leisure. Wifi was not too stable as I was cutting in and out of my calls - ended up using my own data.

Curtains didn't really keep the light out, and I didn't find a towel, but don't know if that was included

Very good

Adriana the host is very friendly and she tries to fulfill any requests. The location is in the middle of everything, but a little hide in a mew. I was in a room sharing bathroom but I didn't have any problems. Also in the corridor we had a small fridge that for me was very helpful. The room has air conditioning and we had a small terrace too.

The Guest house is well located but the surroundings is bit stinky.

Cute, basic and central

The check in was easy and the host is very friendly. The place has a green and cute courtyard and a small cozy roof terrace. Felt like a small oasis on really hot days in Split. Excellent location

The apartment was clean and located in the centre of the city within a walking distance to every touristic attraction and to the bus station. It was clean and a great deal for the money.

Great location, poor quality

Well located in a short walking distance from every significant spot in the city. The host let us leave our suitcases in the property after checking out so we could pick them up later and leave directly to the airport.

The bathroom was quite uncomfortable. Impossible to take a shower without spilling water all over. Towels were not so clean and smelled as if they had just been used. Walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors very well, luckily we were so tired that we didn’t mind any noises ;)

Pleasant

The apartment is in an amazing location and very cheap. It also comes equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan which is nice. WiFi was fast. Didn't get to see the hosts but the man who let us in was very nice, although he didn't speak English.

A room that's sadly falling apart - the door of the cabinets in the bathroom, the shower door and the toilet seat were barely attached anymore. There are two small windows but neither has a view that stretches farther than 2 meters. The mattress was very worn and thin and the top of the bed was angled, so the bed felt like sleeping on a (bent) plank. The bed was also fairly short so not too great for taller travelers.

The location was perfect and close to everything. The room was somewhat cozy.

The bathroom was poor: no toiletries, no sink, broken shower head, only a small window not sufficient to bring in air. The room was very basic: no wardrobe or hangers, just a bed and two chairs.

Location is very good near the Riva. It is worth!

The facility is too simple but clean. You can not ask too much for this price and location.

Overall it was pleasant and it was worth the money.

The garden was very nice with a lot of plants, good place for relaxation. The balcony was also pretty. Inside the apartment the bathroom was decent and clean.

There wasn’t munch storage space for clothes. The freezer didn’t work.

Disappointing

Location, it is close to the city center but far from any beach.

Generally bad for what is paid. Two beds and bathroom, that is it. No place to put bags, not any cup for water, not to mention something to make coffee or something. Don’t even have hangers in bathroom to put towels. Don’t have anything to put your stuff to dry, like stuff from beach. Small and smell on moisture, not enough air in room. Curtains are about to fell down. Generally very bad, don’t even have basic stuff. We book it fast, didn’t had time to look closely, needed something for few days. Would not recommend it to anyone. It is close to the center and walk zone, that was good but any beach is approximately 30 minutes walk.
