Perfect location for a couple

The location was perfect a few minutes from the heart of Split and all that it brings. Big comfy bed and facilities to prep light meals easily. The walk to the beach took around 20 mins which was fine. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by for daily needs.

It was nice!

The studio was cozy, small, but warm and very beautiful. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The studio was equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils that made it easy to prepare light meals and snacks. Everything was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. The location was close to the old town and close to several beaches.

The studio was quite clean when we arrived, but since we stayed seven nights and eight days, it needed at least one cleaning in between, agreed upon by the guests and the host. I should have suggested this, but with the rush, I couldn't. I would also have preferred a different check-out time (10:00 am is too early), and I wish there were a late check-out option. Since we had an extended stay during high season, I think it would be nice that the host offered airport transfers.

Cute apartment in a perfect location!

Was a perfect apartment for travelling, the location was perfect and the apartment was incredibly clean! We really enjoyed this stay, there were beach towels + extra towels, shower gels + shampoo, and a comfortable couch! The bed was comfortable also, and the whole room was well air conditioned.

The only fault we had with this place was that it is a shared entrance to multiple apartments. While it states in the entrance that there is to be no noise after 10pm, people come in and out of very loud doors making it hard to fall asleep. Other than that we had no faults at all!!

Fabulous location, fir your Split getaway.

Petite apartment with everything you need. Water glimpses of big ships. Fantastic location. Close to water, restaurants. Spar supermarket not far. Close to walk up hill to view "all of Split". Walking distance to railway station. We had an enjoyable 3 nights here. Excellent clear instructions with photos to find apartment.

Location was perfect and central. Marina is a lovely host and arranged for a late check out for me so I could attend a meeting. Kitchen was very well stocked and bed very comfortable!

Poor facilities

Very good location, clear checkin instructions and responsive manager.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but I was rather surprised by this accommodation, so here we go. Pictures feel deceptive.This apartment felt like a grungy dungeon. It is small, with very low ceilings (making it feel even smaller), it feels like you are living in a basement despite being on the second floor. We did not find it particularly clean. Possibly blood on the window sill (see pictures).The renovations/ upgrades are not aging well. The paint job is shotty and makes the place feel dumpy (different sheens of paint around the wall, white paint splotches on wooden baseboards, etc...). Floors are slanted. The bathroom is tiny (could barely bend over to shave legs). Instructions to use microwave (which is hardwired and requires you flip a lightswitch to work) and tv (which requires that you unplug and replug the tv back in each time) should be made more clear. I'm really not sure how this place got such good reviews.We avoided staying in the room because it just felt gross. Would not recommend.

Very good

Very centrally located and reasonably priced. The host is also very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting Split!

Great location

This studio is just off the old town and approx 5 minutes away from the waterfront leaving it in a fantastic location. Very good restaurants and a grocery shop less than 5 mins walk. Apartment was very clean and kitchenette had all items you would need. Our host was also very helpful and had great communication. Self service check in and out was great.

We booked the Queen studio apartment and it was on the small side. The bathroom and shower in particular was very small and stuffy. Would recommend for a short stay.

This place is the perfect place to stay. You tucked away in a corner of Split and can hear the waves crashing against the shoreline. The property is close to excellent restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the port. the kitchen is well stocked with the basics.

Amazing location, right beside the marina and less than 5 min walk from plenty of lovely breakfast and lunch places, and many restaurants. The host Regina was amazing and so helpful, she organized transport for us to the apartment from the airport and kept in touch while we were staying in Split ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and air conditioning worked fine. They also had wifi which was handy.

really nice apartment in fabulous location. we fell in love with the area of Split it is in. so close to everything and yet that area has such a nice feel. not as crowded and a little quieter than the main area very close by. great restaurants. romantic little walking streets. our host even had beach towels for us to use.

Wonderful place, wonderful people and wonderful apartment

We loved our stay in Split and our apartment. The location was amazing in the Old Town. Walking distance from lovely restaurants and beaches. We got a scooter to explore a bit more too. Regina was in constant contact from the moment of booking, on arrival, whilst we were there if needed and also on our departure. We couldn’t have asked for any more on our holiday. The apartment was pristine, cosy, quiet and so comfortable. The airport transfer arranged by Regina with the wonderful Frano made things stress free and fun. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope we can come back again in the future. A big Thank You to you Regina. We had a truly wonderful time in beautiful Split. 🙏
