Excellent location, close to the main centre

The host is amazing. Really nice guy. Informative as well. Great location. Close proximity to the center Bars and restaurants everywhere and easy available. Smooth check in and out It's an Airbnb (private residence), so not the hotel guesthouse kind. However, the entrance to the room is separate from the owner, meaning you don't need to share the same Livingroom/bathroom and therefore I never bumped into them which gave more privacy

The stairs going up to the house and then again more stairs inside the house. It was exhausting especially with luggage on my own It's not an easy place to find especially the first time Small and too basic room I didn't like the way the other guests were always leaving the main door open. I mean, its common sense to close it.

I liked the neighborhood and the location, I felt like I was in a small tower in the middle of a beautiful village. it is suggestive and the owner really helpful and kind.

Great location, very kind host, dual aspect room, comfy and nice.

The room was nice, had a bit of a view of the sea, nice dual aspect, and quite spacious. Ivan (the host) was very helpful, welcoming and understanding (as our fight and bus to split from the airport got delayed) Ivan was very communicative and showed a good understanding of the situation, which we really appreciated.

Close to the city center, restaurants and the attractions. The host was always a message away if we had any questions. Perfect if you look for a small apartment for a couple. Picturesque stairs up or down the hill. The host met us up by the taxi and showed the facilities and gave us a map with directions upon check in. Lovely neighbours. Thank you, we wished that we could have stay longer.

Would stay here again if visiting Split

The location was fantastic, about a 30 second walk to the restaurants and cafes in central Split. It was great value for money and the air conditioning was great during the evenings. Our host was friendly and helped us find out where our car had been towed. Nothing to do with the property but I would advise people with a car parking in the area to be careful. Parking in the evening can be difficult and if you park slightly over the yellow lines they will give you a ticket and tow your car. There are no signs or warnings that this will happen so you've literally no idea where your cars gone when they've towed it. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and loved our time in Split.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado en relación al centro de Split. También queda cerca de una zona arbolada, un parque, muy grande y bonito. Ideal para pasear. El anfitrión atento, te aconseja y te ayuda con el aparcamiento por a zona, que no es fácil. Las instalaciones muy limpias. Ideal para una o dos noches. Lo único es que hay que pagar en efectivo. Tenedlo en cuenta.

Nada. Por indicar algo "negativo" es que hay que subir bastantes escaleras hasta el alojamiento. Pero vaya, como en toda la ciudad. Por si a alguien le sirve el comentario. Yo no lo valoro como algo negativo que reste a la valoración general.

Trato Familiar y Profesional a distancia caminable del centro histórico.

La disposición del anfitrión fue excelente.. ayudaron a mi madre que no habla ingles en todo, se preocuparon de esperarla, explicarle con paciencia, organizarle el transfer de vuelta al aeropuerto y de ir avisándome como iba todo por whatsapp (soy el hijo!, ella viajó sola)
