A lovely, cool and quiet room just minutes away from the old town centre.

The hostess Dajanas met us at 10.30pm after we came off the plane. She was so friendly and kind. Brought us a glass of wine and sugared almonds and gave us some information about Split. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Cozy. Reasonably priced accommodation.

Comfortable room although not large. Shaded so cool in the heat and air conditioning provided. Host was perfect and welcomed me with sugared nuts and a glass of wine. Close to edge of the old town. Not too much of a hill to climb. Taxis could get reasonably close.

Hard to find as local house numbers are quite random.

It’s close proximity to the Old Town which is just 10minutes away by foot. Diana, our host is very kind and hospitable and she waited for us on the night of our arrival even though it was a bit late as our flight was delayed. Diana also prepared welcome drinks for us which was very nice of her.

Awful stay, uncosy room, no windows.

The host is kind and nice but just a puppet in the hands of the Booking.com agent, who is a rude tyrant.

Score on Booking is a fantasy! Rooms are very very small. They do NOT correspond to the pictures on Booking.com. Rooms have NO windows and NO protection against mosquitoes (plenty in the area). The double room is one of the worst I have ever visisted (and I travel a lot). The apartment does not correspond to the description; it is crammed and uncosy.. We had to call Booking.com and cancel a potentially awful stay there.

The owner as well as the apartment were amazing and absolutely worth a visit! :)

The apartment was really beautiful and had all the necessary things available. There was a chance to put the chairs outside and enjoy the first coffee of the day. There is only a 3-5 minute walk to the center and it was still quiet at night. When we arrived, the owner made sure we found a parking spot and greeted us warmly. We also got a good overview on local restaurants as well as shops and a bakery for breakfast. We had a great time. Thank you!! :)

Genuine caring host, great location and very clean and comfortable apartment.

The hospitality and warmth of our host, Dajana was outstanding. She was genuinely very caring and helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. She even offered to wash and dry our clothes as we were staying in the apartment for 9 nights. This was so incredibly kind as saved us needing to find and pay for a laundry service. The supply of towels in the apartment was fantastic and pretty much lasted us all our stay (we did swim nearly every day). The apartment was very clean and comfortable (the AC was excellent!) for two people and it was in a perfect location close to the city centre, the harbour with boat trip offerings and also a huge beautiful park called Marjan from which you can see some stunning panoramic views, visit local beaches and see a lot of cute street cats. We selected the apartment with the kitchen and table unit and we were very pleased with the facilities as it allowed us to make our own food on some of the days.

A bit tricky to get to location with the car, but the host guided us and kept a parking for us to use when finally arrived! Ones there you do not need to use the car! Thanks again!

AC needs to be clean from mold

Location and the room was really nice and cleaned and lived up to the pictures and descriptions. The old lady that was from the host family let us use their laundry as well. Unfortunately we had a problem with a moldy AC.

The AC had black mold inside which you could smell right away when you stepped in to the room. This unfortunately affected us to much with sleep and a annoying cough. Neither me or my partner have astma but it's sad if someone who has comes and gets this room. We commented this to the host whos answer was that they clean it everytime in the beginning of the season. Everything would be 10/10 if this problem wasn't there.
