The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a TV, minibar, excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. The location is good, but it does require about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest restaurants, and around 15 minutes to get to the main part of the city — those central streets where you typically end your day. Overall, the property delivered everything that was promised in the listing. Excellent value for money!

The only minor point is that we stayed for four nights and the bath towels weren’t changed. Still, I’m sure the staff would have taken care of it right away if we had asked — they were always very attentive.

The staff's kindness and professionalism are the main reasons why I gave this property a 5/10 instead of a lower rating. They were always polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help throughout our stay. A member of the staff welcomed us on arrival, answered our questions, and gave us some useful local recommendations, although he seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. When we reported the construction noise, they replied promptly and apologized. Although they couldn't solve the issue, they even offered us a refund so we could move to another property. Unfortunately, at such short notice we couldn't find anything comparable for the same price. They also provided us with two extra sheets to cover the worn mattress protector and tried to accommodate our request for more comfortable pillows, even though the replacements were identical to the original ones. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and colorful, with attractive flooring that made it feel welcoming. There was a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and the shower was spacious and comfortable.

The location is convenient, just outside the city center, but I didn't feel particularly comfortable walking back at night. The streets were poorly lit, there were often groups of drunk tourists around, and the quickest route involved crossing a small football pitch. The biggest issue was the constant noise. At 8:00 a.m. we were woken up by loud drilling, which continued for hours. We had not been informed that construction work was taking place. Although the owner later apologized, saying she wasn't aware of it, it was already obvious on our arrival that renovations were underway, as there was a worker on site and bags of cement outside the building. The following day the construction was less disruptive, but because the apartment had virtually no soundproofing, we could still hear conversations and every noise from the neighboring apartment. The apartment itself did not justify the price. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small and thin, and the worn mattress protector trapped heat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bed was also placed too close to the bathroom wall, leaving very little space to move around. The bathroom had a flimsy plastic sliding door that didn't close properly, offered almost no privacy, and did little to block noise or odors. The bathroom also had no window. Cleanliness could have been better, with dust on the furniture and old, rough towels. The showerhead was heavily affected by limescale, resulting in weak water pressure. Some electrical outlets didn't work properly, there was no safe for valuables, and the fridge was completely empty—at least a complimentary bottle of water would have been appreciated. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Overall, the apartment was significantly overpriced for what it offered, and unfortunately our stay was far from relaxing.
