Felt like I was living the chill locals life, enjoying the park, ocean and views.

This hostel is the closest hostel to the marjan park, I went here exploring everyday while having swims at unique spots enjoying the landscape. Highly recommend this hostel if you want to stay a little bit out of the craziness of the old town and closer to the local life in split !!

JJ one of the workers was very strict and sometimes paranoid when some guests would stay up past quiet time (10pm). This is awesome if you want to go to bed early, but if you want to be a little bit more social in the evening, it won’t happen at the this hostel.

Hot and uncomfortable

There isn’t much. The worker came and found me and lifted my heavy suitcase

No air conditioning or fans, doors barely worked, hard to find the building, shower is mouldy. Dormed with a man who was the loudest breather and snorer. Worst sleep of my life

Best place in Split!

Staff were really lovely, very chatty and friendly! The place was really cute, very clean, tidy and comfortable, and in a great location. And there were cats!!!

Not a save space!

Was a quite neighborhood not so busy in the center.

Not a save space! I felt uncomfortable with the stuff! - just one toilet for each gender - the stuff had a lot of conspiracy theories to tell and no sensibilities for crossing lines - one day I was accused of being trans ( I’m a cis woman but quite tall) in combination with using the wrong bathroom. Even if I was a transwoman the woman’s bathroom would be the right one for me. But that was a quit hurting question, that was also really anti trans. It’s not a save space for queer people I would say. When I tried to talk to the stuff to make the point that trans or not doesn’t matter and women are women, you could see they had no clue about identities and the topic.

Great, accommodating, positive.

I like that there were rules about respect and everyone seems following especially when sleeping time, the room is so quiet. Also I like how accommodating and friendly the receptionist is, she is exceptional among receptionist in other hostels that I stayed in. She has a lot of energy and shows interest about topics we were talking about and she's a great entertainer, approachable and lovely. That's all

It's not that spacious compare to other hostels I've stayed in, but its good for its price and overall I love it since the receptionist brings all the positivity.

Don;t choose it if you want feel safe.

Location was pretty good.

Really regret to stayed there. Firstly, i came with headache, very tired and they informed me it;s only cash payment (unexpected), I had to go looking for a ATM. The lady recepcionist told me when i can take money without commission or so on and...this place took more than any others!! i paid a lot so i was wandering if it sense to go back there but i was too tired to looking for another place and it was mistake! I got small room on kinda ground floor so everybody can reach my window what made me feel uncomfortable. When i closed the door the gentelman from recepcion asked me to not lock the the door with the keys!! Until late evening i was alone in the room but after 3 guys arrived to share room with me. How all this thing can make me feel safe and comfotable? I couldn;t sleep at all. So happy just decied stay one night. Totally not recommened.

I really liked the stay, the location, the staff, the guests and the atmosphere is really nice.

I enjoyed the stay at the hostel throughout. The location is excellent, just a short walk right to city centre and near several beaches. All necessary amenities are closeby as well. It was the most relaxed place I have stayed at so far, however the staff still made sure that there were no issues with noise or any disturbance. I managed to get a really good sleep each time and the beds were comfortable. The receptionists are one of the friendliest and most helpful staff! I have found the other guests to be very friendly as well, everyone was respectful and was open for a conversation (but nobody was pushy so it is also a good place for introverts), so this place is ideal for any solo travelers as well and for people on a budget. All amenities necessary for a hostel were there, everything was clear and practical. And for any catpeople out there, there are hostel cats which are adorable!

There is nothing I can really suggest to be improved. The place is a hostel with a hippie vibe, so there certainly isn't any luxury, which is anyway not what any of the guests were looking for. All amenities are met with nothing basic lacking, I can say better than some other regular hostels I have been to before.

Great friendly atmosphere, near city centre, all amenities are met for a hostel.

Great place for people on a budget and for solo travellers who want to meet new people as all people were very friendly, however not pushy so it is also suitable to introverts! The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any place I have been to so far! All basic amenities are met, with no luxury, however that is why this place is good value for money. It has a really cool hippie vibe as advertised on booking. The location is excellent, very near the city centre and close to beaches as well. It is also near a hilltop of the city of Split (Marjan) so there are plenty of beautiful places to take walks around, apart from the city centre. The hostel also has cute cats which roam peacefully (but are not allowed to stay in the bedrooms at night). I can highly recommend for people on a budget, solo travellers and for anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere where it easy to meet new people. However, despite the hippie atmosphere, the staff are making sure that people are able to get a good sleep and that there are no disturbances at any time of the day.

I will defenitily come back to the Hostel, simply because it felt having a second life in Split.

The warmness of the hosts as well as the other travellers. The facilities provided, which created a home feel-like ambiance, really decontracted and joyful. Extremely inclusive whihc helped meet people from any horizons and thus, sharing experiences that inspired.

An OK place for 2 nights max (and if you don't have to cook)

The staff is really nice and helpful. The cats are a nice addition and the place is lively.

The place is small so if you are there on weekends and the place is packed, you will not be really comfortable. There is only 2 round for the stove and they should seriously had another one since there is enough space to do so. A toaster would be welcome. A bigger table outside so people can eat together would be nice also.

Very chilled atmosphere as always at this place. There are just very specific beautiful energies about this hostel. When you sit at the porch early in the day and just enjoy your cup of black 🖤 ☕ and look at the walnut tree 🌴 in front and listen to nightingales that just woke up... Priceless... The rooms were a bit cramped, the common area was very small and next to the reception. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, there were a lot of cats which isn’t really my thing:)

Cat skills come in handy

Kudos to staff - you're all lovely, keep doing what you're doing! If you love cats, this is the place where you go. :) Location - it's in a residential area away from tourist crowds and right next to a beautiful park. Easy escape from the noise of the city.

Below average quality of sleep - no soundproofing, doors being slammed, can get noisy late at night. Poor ventilation - cooking smells linger and seep into the rooms. Limited facilities - tiny kitchen, few showers and toilets.

An interesting place

The hostel has everything you need: from the kichen with all the essential equipment to clean bathrooms to nice beds. The personnel is thoughtful and pleasant to communicate with. The location is superb; the area is quiet. Besides, there is Lidl within walking distance. Cats are peaceful. Thank you for a good experience!

What I liked most?.. Yurun. He was super friendly and helpful! Split is very beautiful and I had a great time. The lovely 11 cats were very friendly and welcoming as well, specially Ewa, sleeping in my lap on the couch just before I left for the bus to leave Split... Thank you, Tribe! Keep up the good work!

Location was ok, bedroom was big and with window! They also have a Bazar to exchange clothes! Very nice area outside. They have lots of cats 🥰

Living room is too small for so Many people, there isn't a proper table to have lunch. Kitchen/stove is really small for so many people. Only one bathroom for each gender for so many people. The worst part was a Fight in the middle of the night and the receptionist/volunteer did not handle it very well , she freaked out and made everything worst by screaming and screaming.
