Comfortable, great location

Very good location, only 20 minutes walking from any where you’d want to be and very close to a stunning forest area for walking/ running. While the room was small and basic, it was very clean and comfortable; extremely good value for money. The kitchenette was small but suitable for 2 nights.

Didn’t use the garden picture that’s advertised as slightly disappointing in reality (and not private). But this wasn’t an issue and didn’t change our stay.

The room was easy to check in to (self check in) and although we didn’t use the kitchenette facilities they were a nice touch.

Shower only had about 60 seconds of hot water before being cold

Our stay was comfortable thanks to the apartment’s practicality and cleanliness, though the basement setting made it fee

Even though the room was small, it was very functional and practical. It had everything we needed—and even more than expected—including a small fridge and a kettle. It was also clean and well-maintained

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building and, although customized for short stays, it lacks natural daylight and any real view. The door was quite thin, so noise from the hallway or other units could be heard easily.

Great room as a base in Split for one night

Great spot for one night in Split - everything you need in the basement room, with the price being incredible value considering you're a few minutes away from Split centre.

Host did not show up for check in - never again

The host was not there for check in, was unavailable on the phone and never showed up to open the room for us. We only managed to enter the room because the tenant of another apartment in the same building called his landlord on the phone, and his landlord knew the necessary codes to enter the room. The host did not reach out to us during or after our stay.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Excellent location to reach the city centre in 8-10 minutes walking.

I was having a problem with the self check-in and I tried to call the number saved on the Booking website but it said it does not exist, so I suggest to put the real phone number. Anyway, I wrote a mail to the host and he replied immediately with the instruction, he was very helpful!

Split is Amazing! Come see it for yourself!

Our stay at Guest House Beach & City was amazing. This tiny apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet so after a full day of sightseeing of sunbathing you could sleep like a child :) Localized a hat throw away from the Old Town, and all of Splits main attractions! If You like nature a few minutes away is the beautiful Marjan Park, No car? No problem, bus station to Trogir, Salona Ruins and the airport is a quick 10 minute walk away.

Great location, great price! Suitable 100%for couples , all the necessary you find in the studio room ,even small sweet treats ( as welcome:) I would choose this place again and again if returning to Split :) Tea is a nice person, who can give you nice tips for boat trips and not only :) 💯 satisfied about our choice!!!

Good for short stay

The room is small but clean and has everything you need. It actually has more equipment than other apartments in town. Location is great because it is only five minutes by foot to the old town and Marjan hill.

Ok für eine Nacht.

Schön eingerichtet. Aus einem kleinen Raum das beste raus geholt.

Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss. Zwar mit einem Fenster aber trotzdem mit wenig Tageslicht. Keine Aussicht. Warm Wasser zum Duschen reichte nur für eine Person. 8 Minuten ausserhalb des Zentrums. Für mich und meine Tochter war dies am Abend nicht so passend.
