Value for money modern accommodation, highly recommended!

The accommodation was better than we expected! Very clean and modern. The bathroom especially was spacious, with a shower and a bathtub. Big TV, coffee machine, AC, everything you’ll need for a few nights stay in Split. Easy to find, less than a 10 minute walk from the city center/ old town. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. There are a few free parking spots on the streets around the apartment. Highly recommended!

The room is a semi-basement, the bathroom has no window. We just wish we had some place to hang our wet swimming suits.

Lovely!

The apartment is beautiful; just as lovely in person as in the photos. It’s clear that Ana Dora takes excellent care of the place and continues to invest in it. The apartment was easy to find and it's just about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Ana Dora’s instructions were very clear, which made finding the apartment simple. Everything listed in the description was there and Ana Dora was a fantastic host. She even kindly allowed me a later check-out, which greatly helped me. Thank you so much, Ana Dora! Highly recommended!

Comfortable flat near split old Town

Very well decoratorated flat with a big shower and a bathtub ! Water pressure was great. Super comfortable bed with enough pillows. Host was very nice and helped us by text anytime we needed it.

Be aware that the flat is at underground level and located a bit away from the historical center (~10 mins of walk). We came by car and ended up having issues finding a parking spot (~45 mins due to a music festival filling the streets). The bed didn't have an actual bed cover with drapes but 2 blankets options (1 light and 1 heavy).

Great accommodation

Lovely modern rooms and bathroom and both very clean, the host Ana Dora was also very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to all visitors in the split area!

Ana was so lovely checked to see if I needed anything and suggested really nice restaurants in the area. The room itself was great, very clean and decorated beautifully. It’s also not even a 10 min walk from the city centre.

The decoration was really nice and there were cute details on our arrival like drinks and cookies. The bathroom was just stunning, loved having a bath and a shower ❤️ and Ana was really helpful at all times. She not only welcomed us but also gave us tips for where to go or where to park. Would 100% recommend it :)

I only missed some hangers in the closet but in their defence, if I had asked them I’m sure I would have gotten them right away.

High-quality accomodation

Very neat accomodation just outside the center of Split. The room was very clean, the host responded very fast and gave us some nice recommendations, and the location is just perfect. It is a short walk (really just 1 minute) before you walk into the center of Split, and everything you need is nearby. I would definitely recommend this accomodation if you are staying in Split.

De locatie was perfect. Binnen 5 min lopen sta je in het centrum. De kamer was erg mooi en stijlvol ingericht. Er hangt een grote tv met een airplay optie. De airco werkte goed en de badkamer was geweldig, vooral het bad! Alles was schoon en de host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met koffie.

De badkamer heeft een boiler. Het bad kon heerlijk gevuld worden, maar daarna moest de boiler weer opwarmen.
